Personality: Lena even though she is greek has spent much of her time with the French. Some people consider her demeanor to be a bit snobbish, but this is not from a cocky confidence it is merely from her natural shyness.

Family Information:Lena was the first to be born to Marie and Kostas Kanakaredes. Both parents are of Greek decent but the mad sure that Lena grew up in an English speaking house hold, and she learned French to be able to attend school. She stayed at Beauxbatons even though her younger sister was moved to Hogwarts, but for her 7th year she is going to attend Hogwarts because of the greater intensity in the war. Lena has a younger, Mak, who is in her 4th year at Hogwarts, a younger brother Kostas Jr. (age 10) who will be attending Hogwarts when he is old enough.

Background: Lena was born Katerini, Greece where she spent many days as a young child traipsing along a sand shore. She enjoys sailing, and she considers herself a strong swimmer. Normally Greeks have huge families, but because of the war her mother, father, and siblings are the only family that she knows are still alive because some have gone into hiding and not been heard of since. She discovered that she is related to the Benoits, which are french royalty, but hopes that some more family will reappear, but she is not holding her breath. Thoushe has been at Beauxbatons for the past six years. She has decided this summer after meeting some friends of her sisters that she is going to go to Hogwarts for the next and her finaly term.
