"Liar." Samantha mumbled under her breath, she then looked up at Ne'os wondering what he would do if they attacked people.

the death eter turned way from her and wanbdered around the muggles a second before he found the one they were looking for he picked him up and started to walk out ne'os waited until he passed and then stood up and aimed his wand at him "stupefy" he said stunning the death eater. the women death eater looked up and picked up a muggle and used him as a shield "just try to jinx me mudblood and this muggle dies"

Samantha didn't know what quite to do, but she didn't want anything to happen to Ne'os or the muggle. So she stood up and said, "You are only using that muggle because you know you can't beat him." Samantha knew this would make her mad but atleast she would let go of the muggle.

the death eater dropped the muggle on the ground and waved her wand at her and yelled "crucio!"

Samantha knew that when she threw the muggle on to the ground that this was a good time to hit the ground. Samantha had just missed the spell, she then pulled her wand out of the pocket and said, "Stupify."

the death eater flew against the wall "well....we have a issue we just preformed all this magic infront of ten or so muggles...what do we do?" he asked.

"We could erase there memory, but do we have enough time to do all of them?" Samantha said and asked him, hoping this would work. Samantha then stood up ready to start fighting again if needed.

"yes but....." he looked at the muggles all of them staring at him fear in there eyes he cleared his throat "alright people i need you to remain calm im going to use magic to modify your memorys and repair the diner so dont remember any of this im gona ask you to please stay where you are as i do this it will not hurt or have any side effects" he said.

Samantha looked at all the people, amazingly they all did as they were told. Apparently they didn't want to remember any of this. But just as Ne'os was about to do the spell, one of the Death Eaters that had been outside jumped into the restaurant. "Crucio." He said, sending the spell at Samantha. This time Samantha could not move in time, seeing as she didn't know he had come in. Samantha hit the floor and started yelling from the pain.
