Moor Estate

Chase stared at him. Buy new swimsuit? Hers was starting to lose some of the elastic in it. She grinned at him. "Sure."She said smiling. She pulled on the rope again. "We're going out for a bit."She said to Mary when she entered. "If the parents ask, tell her I'm with the Slytherin down the road, that will make them happy."She said with a smile. Mary nodded and after grabbing their butterbeer left. Chase held out her arm to him. "Lets go."She said smiling. "You're not half bad."She said as an afterthought.

Thomas grinned when she agreed and then he felt a little bit awkward when she told him he was not half bad. Compliments were not something he received very often, and when he did he always felt so weirded out, like he did not belong in that place, and yet he liked it. He did not like it enough to keep doing good things, but still he liked it somewhat. Thomas grabbed her arm and said "Hold your breath." With a smile, the feeling of being apparated slowly took over both of them.

Chase took a deep breath when he grabbed her arm. Then the feeling of being sucked through a much to small tube took on her body. She kept her eyes closed and her breath held though until finally she was able to breath again. Gasping for air she staggered against him. "That..was crazy."

Thomas laughed and kept her supported upright. "It is something you get used to after awhile." He looked around and then back to Chase "So, I am not to familiar with the place, so where are we going?" He had plenty of money on him, he always carried around plenty of galleons in case he saw something he wanted to purchase. They would be able to go to the best shops in London and buy whatever they wanted.

"A little village near us."She said looking around. "A good wizarding village with some great prices on swim suits."She said looking up at him smiling. She moved away from him quickly though. Didn't want to make it look like she liked him or anything! She glanced around. "Over here!"She said and skipped up to a shop window where they were advertising swim suits.

There was a weird moment between the two when she looked up and smiled at him before quickly pulling away. Thomas only laughed when this happened, he assumed she was trying to prove she was not attracted to him. That was fine because he was not trying to do anything like that, in fact Thomas had no idea what he was doing really. He was not to sure why he was being nice to her at all, but he was.

He laughed and quickly followed behind her into the shop. Once inside he began to look for a nice pair of swimming trunks. After a few minutes he found to pairs, one was green at the bottom but turned white with weird angles and the other was the same type except blue.

"Which one you like better?"

Chase turned from a rack of two pieces and looked over at him. "Hmm..I like the green one better."She said giggling. She then held up her two choices. "Which one?"She asked. One was a sparkly red two piece, and the other was a dark shimmery brown two piece. She smiled and held them up for him to see. "I kind of like the red one, but the dark one has such cool material!"She said giggling.

Thomas put the blue on up on a random shelf, not caring where it went, and he slung the green ones over his shoulder. He liked them better himself. He looked over both her swimming suits before deciding "I like the red one, brings out your eyes better." He grinned and turned away before he stopped "But why don't you go ahead and get both. Who knows, maybe one day you will want to wear the brown one." he grinned again and then went forward to the cash register.

Chase looked at the swimsuits and then grinned. She jogged to catch up and stood beside him putting the two swimsuits on the counter. "Hey thanks."She said moving her hair out of her face. "That's really nice of you."She said leaning against the counter happily.

Thomas looked over at her and again felt that weird sensation for being thanked. Even though she had done it twice now, he was still not used to it. When the cashier told them the price of the three items, Thomas quickly payed him and gabbed all three items and began to walk out of the store. "You are welcome I guess." He looked around for a few seconds "Anywhere else you want to go, anything you need?"
