Ambush [Open]

Eli felt something sizzle against his shileds and laughed. "Stupid wizard bi*ch! Our shield can't be harmed by spells! Just for that, I'm going to kill you little boyfriend here! He tightened the grip even more that could kill him in 10 seconds. he even counted down in his head.

Danny couldn't think straight. He knew Sophia was awake and Andrian was going to die. He thought quickly and then jumped off. He pulled out his wand and then used stupefy on himself. He hit the wall hard and fell merely 5 feet at a speed of 5 mph. He landed with a thud then got up dazed. He went up to Eli and ripped off his shirt. He rolled it into his hand so it made a fist. He tapped Eli's shoulder and whistled like a bird. "Special delivery for the cyborg!" he yelled and punched Elis head with great force. The helmet flew off which made the shield turn off. He punched again getting blood on the shirt. He punched one last time and Eli fell to the ground.

"Arghh Danny!!" Nikki cried. She got her wand and pointed it at his gun. "Expelliarmus!" Nikki yelled. She then aimed for his head and cried "Protego! Levicorpus!"

Danny watched as Eli fell ot the ground nearly knocked out. He crocuched over Eli and began to punch his face in. A soldier came by though and tried to get Danny off. He got off Eli and knocked the soldiers face in. He fell and bled to death. Danny grabbed the rifle he held and then aimed it at the soldier.

As Sophia knew it was now safe she got out of the car weakly and limped over towards Danny and hugged him. "You did it love, I know you could."said Sophia smiling weakly as she felt her energy leaving her once again. As her vision started to get blurry she looked at Danny and said. "I love you and thankyou for saving me."and fainted in his arms.

Danny smiled by then looked worried as she fainted. He set her on the ground slightly and then looked at her. "Nikki!" he yelled "help!"

Andrian laid there motionlessly and fell back to the ground but this time he fell in a puddle of water which woke up him, then he got up on his feet holding his arms rubbing where it hurted the saw that his friend was aiming his gun at his head then pushed his hand out of the way, "Step away!" he growled picking up the soilders and looked at Danny digusted that he was about to kill this guy even though he was guilty for killing them, "I'm not defending him, and if you kill him now you are as bad as he is. We'll take him to azkaban" he told them.

"They deserve to die!" he said with a snarl "look at what they did to Nikki and sophia! They all deserve to die...hang in there Sohpie"

Andrian snarled back at him and then threw the guy to the ground he wasn't going to allow the soilder to die nor he was going to let him get away with this but put him locked up in azkaban, "Bring them to St.Mungo and i'll take this man to the prison okay. He will suffer don't worry" he snarled picking him up again and apparated to the ministry for lockdown.

"YEAH! THEY DO DESERVE TO DIE, THEY STARTED THIS WAR! LET'S END IT!" Nikki agreed limping over towards them. "But on the other hand, if we kill them then we're just as bad as they are" Nikki mumbled. She shook her head and sat on the ground as he leg ached.
