What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. My friend recently told me that he was gay. We've been friends for quite a while and I don't know how to react. Help?

I mean, I respect him no more or no less, though maybe more since he confided in me enough to tell me, but what do I say? I can't say nothing or it seems like I don't care, but I can't be overtly supportive or it seems like I think he's different, but I don't. Confused....

The exact same thing has happened to me recently. I try to treat my friend the same, really. When she told a few of us (like 4 of us I think it was) we asked her about it a bit so it wasn't like we didn't care but now we just treat her the same as ever.

Difference is, guys have a more loose circle of friends compared to girls. I don't know, I'll see what happens.
