FRIENDSHIP AND ROMANCE

Okay, so I'm sick of having all these charries and nothing to do with them, so...! I prsent to you... Jack's unused charries!

Skeeter Hudson- A 19 year old, Order memeber, Auror, and ex Ravenclaw. Skeeter is the future husband to Jamie Prophet, but he needs some bromance! I would love for Skeeter to have a group of friends for him to be able to unwind with at work. He's not really complex so I don't see him getting along with any bad guys.

Elliot Cartwright- 24, wanderer, Order member. Elliot is really a sad soul and it shows. He and his cousin Jack run Weasley Wizards Wheezed, but you rarely see a smile on his face. He is always lost in thought. He recently had his heart broken (by a NPC XD) and he needs someone who cares... He's also going to be murdered around graduation... so...

Salem Everwood- 16, Ravenclaw, gothic, and mute. Salem is incredibly shy and timid and has always been taken advantage of. The only person she wholly trusts is her brother Nixen and she does not even feel safe in Hogwarts. Salem needs someone patient who will eventually convince her to speak to them (she's a selective mute) and learn that not all people are bad.

Simon McLaggen-16, Ravenclaw... pathetic. Simon basically lives his life trying to meet his father's expectations. He fails at Quidditch and has to kill himself to be able to get good grades. He really does want a sincere relationship, but he gets caught up with girls who just want to flirt. For him, I would love some girls to mess with his mind, and maybe one girl who is a close friend that gives him advice, but maybe secretly likes him...

Marki Gordon- 15, Ravenclaw, odd. Marki is.... weird. She battles inanimate objects, is best friends with the Giant Squid, plays multiple instruments, can barely walk three feet without falling, and wears odd arrangements of clothes (ie her sweater backwards, fluffy socks over her jeans, mismatched shoes, goggles). Marki really needs a best friend. I also see her as the odd girl no one really likes to be seen with, but always seems to be there to help you in a tight spot. so, if that applies, let me know.

Reid Devereoux- 24, ex Gryffindor, video game geek. Reid is the roommate/bestfriend/caretaker of Calvin S Ransom, so Reid is pretty patient and kind. He is also very paranoid about the Ministry because he does not trust government. He is pretty quirky, what with his knack for Yo Momma jokes, his love for cats, and the fact that Calvin has not driven him to insanity yet, Reid is pretty cool. He does not understand talking to girls though. I would love for him to have a few awkward exchanges. XD

Emmett Fisher- 16, musician, reporter, drop out, hippy. Emmett is anti-war, very strongly so, and he is almost always out on the street, with signs and his guitar, singing and preaching for love and tolerance. His articles report the facts, without damaging his witnesses, and he likes honest news that states the facts and explains the repercussions of war. I'm pretty open ended for him. I would love if someone would try to use him for their benefit and for him to get a few sympathizers.

He can not stand lying, it is the worst sin to him, because you can't erase a lie. He believes strongly in the good of people and is the guy you go to to spill your heart to because he is gentle and comforting. Logan needs some friends and I would love for him to accidentally get involved with someone who ends up lying to him...


For now, these are the charries I feel the dire need to RP with. They are pretty open ended so I'll listen to your ideas. If you have major ideas, or a ton of questions, you can always PM me. I prefer quality RPing... Grammar, spelling, understandable sentence structure... And a decent length. so... yes. <3

I was thinking about this earlier this week... could we possibly write something where Amelia and Simon's parents force them into some sort of blind date? I frequently write Antoinette (Amelia's mother) as setting her up with potential suitors, and Simon seems like someone who would fit the bill. He comes from a high status family and although Antoinette is not fond of quidditch, she would know the social standing that comes with having a father famous for it.

I would anticipate this date being incredibly awkward because Amelia would probably fight it every step of the way, be incredibly annoyed by Simon, and probably end up hurting his feelings and then trying to awkwardly make up for it. This could make them either mutual annoyances and give them at least some kind of connection, or maybe Amelia becomes Simon's voice of reason when he needs advice. I see Amelia as pragmatic enough to give other people advice on their own situations, even if she can't take her own advice.

Thoughts?
