Dominique shook the hands of the people who had intended to. There were way too many people. But most of them were either her family or cousins. "Hey Roz n' Roxi." she greeted them. "Hi Andrian." Dominique said shaking the hand of her cousin. They all seemed to give her nicknames she didn't like. domi didn't sound good, but then again she wouldn't like to hurt their feelings. "Heeey Albus!!!" she said cheerfully. "Where have you been? Sorry didn't see you." Albus was her cousin, and the most shy person Dominique ever knew. Albus shook his head at Jess, indicating he didn't want to come closer to the crowd of people he didn't know. Better to stay here with his siblings and cousins. "Hey Rose, Dominique" albus said smiling. He knew Dominique didn't like people making nicknames for her, so he said her full name, even if it was a little long.

"So, what's up?" Dominique said, moving to sit beside him. "I heard from Aunt that you got sorted into Slytherin. You know it's not as bad as people say." she said being not wholly truthful. Apparently the only person Dominique knew from Slytherin who was good and friendly to her was Albus. But that was because they knew each other from childhood. She never really came across any Slytherin who didn't go bad, or was polite. But Al was unique, he duid not go wrong even after 6 years of staying with a bunch of brats.

Darren closed his eyes, annoyed at the constant chattering by the stupid crowd. They were like monkeys, seriously. Honestly, you could never get peace and quiet around here, he thought darkly. "Keep it down or I'll give you all detention," he shouted.

Sophia looked around and noticed everyone was talking so she broke away from the crowd and started walking around the lake by herself. As she continued walking she seen someone she haven't seen in a long time. "Topher, is that you?"Sophia asked him.
