Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Sophia sighed. "I know I missed him to, it's not the same without him."said Sophia as she looked down. "I don't think he left for those reasons."said Sophia as flashes of the Yule Ball flashed before her eyes. "I think he left because of me."said Sophia still looking at the ground as she kicked a pebble on the ground.

Darren rolled his eyes at the crowd in general, them and all their gossip. He knew they all pretty much hated him, and he really couldn't care less. Looking around while waiting for Tophers reply, he saw Gin being helped up by Evan. He smiled, glad to see his best friend after a while, but rolled his eyes - it was odd how Gin made easy things like walking look difficult. "Hey Gin!" he called, waving.

Dominique Weasley wrote:"Yeah surely they are. I remember my days." Dominique replied laughing. OWLs were the hardest, she had to work most at it. She had fared really well at it though, the subjects like Diviniation and Potions were disastrous for her. "Do you have Divination and Potions? They are the worst." she said. She knew Albus was a good student and would get equally good marks. Waiting for his reply Dominique looked at the lake. It looked really beautiful in the moonlight. It was a wonder on why she hadn't discovered this place earlier. And once she got away from he crowd peace was also attained. "This place is really good." she commented.

"Yeah," Albus said smiling. He didn't come to the lake much due to the crowd that was usually there. Nodding, Potions was a must for him - to be an auror like his dad, and he thought divination would be fun, so he had taken it over muggle studies. "Yeah I do. Potions is fine," he said, he was good at potions. "Divination is.. just weird. I mean, I really can't see anything when i look into a crystal ball. Or see what tea leaves are. I guess I'll just have to make it up when I do the exams - I doubt I'll even pass" He turned to Rose and frowned. "Well as he's head boy, he can do that.." he said shrugging.

Jess walked over to be next to Darren, a little shocked by Andrian's abrupt departure. "Hullo," he said a bit more sanely.

"You needn't worry about passing. You wouldn't get anything out of studying it. Making up is really the best idea!" Dominique said laughing, "I don't like Potions. The smells always makes me wanna puke. And the smoky stuff suffocates me." Dominique groaned, she was amazed how anyone could tolerate that. "You want to be an Auror? That's cool!" she said. So he had decided what he wanted to become. Dominique had thought that he would have became something else as he was in Slytherin. Guess she was wrong. Anyways, it seemes as if she was the only one left to decide about her future.

Albus smiled at her opinion at him being an auror. It was nice. Everyone was always telling him he was too weak to be an auror - that was stupid, he was shy but not weak. "Is that how you passed divination then? Made it up?" he asked chuckling. "What do you want to be?"

"No, actually I hardly passed it. And yeah, whatever I had got, that was out of lies." Dominique laughed again. She sighed hearing his question. "Actually, I haven't decided it, I've got no ideas whatsoever.". She leaned against the tree and looked at the starry sky.

Albus laughed, but was slightly worried about passing divination nevertheless. He didn't really need it to be an auror, but he didn't want to get bad grades. "Don't you need to choose what you want to do before you take your NEWT's?" Albus asked curiously. James had told him they did, but he wasn't sure - James had an annoying habit of lying.

"Oh yeah, but I don't want to take N.E.W.T.s" Dominique said rather matter-of-factly. "I mean OWLs are enough. Anyways, I'll be an Auror I guess. Or else a Ministry worker." Dominique loved something with interest but working at Ministry was really boring according to her. Auror was really good though.
