Re: OWL Care of Magical Creatures: Lesson 1

(Evan watched the professor talk and talk in some weird voice. Not an accent but a different kind of tone. He wondered if anyone else noticed that about the 'headmaster'. Something didn't feel right about that guy and knew that he couldn't trust him...no matter what. Regardless of his gut feeling he listened to the lesson with a few yawns in between. He thought magical creatures were cool but why learn how to make a poison that came from a certain animal, it made no sense. Looking around and hearing blahs now, he saw 2 ravenclaws and a Slytherin. Wondered if he was one of those 'Dracos'. Hopefully not he thought to himself.)

"Now I know your all itching to get started and see some new magical creatures but where gonna take it easy," the professor said. "I first need to see if you all haven't forgotten everything over the holidays. So can anyone tell me, what is the name of the department at the ministry that manages magical creatures?"

"The department which manages Magical Creautrse in the Ministry of Magic is called 'The Department for Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures'" Davina said, barely pausing for breath.
