Jemma wondered who would be knocking on the door. Probably a student looking for a teacher, she supsected. It wasn't exactly secret where the Staff Headquarters were loacated.

Jemma heard Mr. Riddle talking to Rachel, asking for Jess.
"Oi, Jess, Mr. Riddle here is reporting to you for...something." she said, as Jess probably hadn't heard the student.

"No," Darren said to professor tiquelle. "I don't mean like I want to talk to him, I'm here to report him for abusing his powers during Charms class, and other some general other stuff such as teaching an unauthorized spell which was created by me, which he stole and tought without my permission, and it wasn't even exactly registered in the Ministry yet. I've researches and your not exactly allowed to teach spells at Hogwarts which are not registered at the Ministry in the first place." he explained in his most formal voice.

Professor Jess' tone changed in an instant. "No. The spell is in fact registered with the Ministry of Magic. I happened to clear it with the Spell Registration office several hours before teaching it to your class. It was completely legal." Professor Jess snapped, glaring at Darren

"Excuse me Professor Jess, I checked the whole list of registerised spells and I'm totally sure that I saw no "Conglacio registered," either you didn't send the owl, or the ministry hasn't got it yet." Darren said in a polite tone. "But anyways, the spell isn't authorised with the department of selfmade spells or the list of authorised spells as a whole. And besides self made spells are in property of the wizard who creates them, and you are only allowed to teach them with that wizards or witches permission which you clearly did not have."

Jess looked up and chuckled. "You think that your spell is the only one that uses that incantation. Conglacio is just the latin name for freezing, you'll find lots of different spells using that name, that just have different wand movements." he replied, taking a sip of his tea, before walking into his room and returning with a scroll of sealed paper. "And i have here the signed bill, saying that the spell in question was authorised for use." He added, throwing the scroll to Darre

Darren scowled, there was some truth in that. He didn't bother catching the scroll, just let it fall to the ground. "The other thing I'd like to discuss,' he said,. turning back to professor Tiquelle. "Professor Jess is a student, he might be a teacher, but he's a student first. So is he allowed to abuse his power, such as taking twenty points off for no reason?" he asked, shooting a glare at Jess.

Jess raised his eyebrows at Darren, he must be desperate to get him done in for something, as he had been completely justified in deducting points. The wya he'd been behaving, it was disruptive to his lesson, and it was an increwdibly rude way to treat a teacher
