A newbie looking for some fun!

I'm Athena,  but feel free to call me Thena, Theny or whatever you like,  as long as it's nice!   I don't know how this works,  but I been rping for 8 years and been on  several HP sites,  so I been rping for awhile now!   Anyways not here to talk about me,  I'm here to talk about Athena Abercrombie who's shy fourth year Gryffindor,  she needs some friends and basically anything! Hey Athena I'm RJ and I have a fair few characters so you may come across them around the boards here and there.

I've read Athena's profile and I think, out of all the characters that I have, these seem the best fit - especially as you're looking for friends:

Name: Bertie Nogard
Occupation: 6th Year Ravenclaw Student
Allegiance:  Neutral
Information: Bertie is a friendly boy who, like Athena can come across a little shy when you first meet him. He enjoys reading and writing and spends a lot of time in his own imagination. As he is getting older his social skills are improving and he's more willing to talk to people he doesn't know and get to know them. He's also pretty observant and has a lot of thoughts about the world. He's a real thinker and will no doubt become a writer.
I feel like him and Athena would be able to get on as they are both shy are the surface but can become chatty once they feel comfortable around other people.
He's really close to a character named Vivianna Varnes, although she's left Hogwarts now so when he goes back in September the person that looked out for him and become like an older sister to him will be gone. So it could be a good time for him to step up and adopt the role she had and look out for someone too, maybe Athena? He's pretty good at herbology and charms. I noticed that Athena is good at charms, trans, dada and comc but maybe if there was a subject she wasn't so good at he could sort of help her out in it? That's how Vivianna and Bertie become friends by helping him with potions and getting to know the castle although considering Athena will be a fourth year when Hogwarts opens again I'm guessing she wont need many directions.

Occupation: 6th Year Gryffindor Student
Allegiance:  Potters Army
Key information:  Sam s a relaxed teenager who enjoys art, sports and getting up to mischief with his friends. He plays Chaser for the Gryffindor Quidditch Team and is fond of adventure. I still haven't found anyone to thread with him atm so I'm open to throwing him into the deep end. He'll know Athena from the common room and potters army so they could be sort of friendly with each other but wont know each other completely so it could be a good chance to get them knowing each other a little more?


Name: Francesca Bloom
Occupation: 6th Year Hufflepuff Student
Allegiance: Potters Army
Key information: Francesca is a happy-go-lucky girl who lives in the moment. She may not be the brightest spark in the wand shop but she is loyal, dependable and lives by two principles: To live in the moment and to love herself like she wants to be loved. Again, like Sam, she is in Potters Army so will know Athena from there and would probably have already become more friendly with her than Sam would have just because she's a girl and a friendly one at that. So they could be friends.

Hallie: LOVE you're name as well? Did you get you're name from the Parent Trap? I LOVE that movie one of my faves! Anyways, I think her and Bertie will get along VERY well, possibly being VERY good friends. Her and Sam would know each other, maybe he'll help her fear of flying? As for Francesa, I see them being friendship due to Athena's wondering nature, she could run into her by the kitchens or so!

Haha, I did actually! Ever since I watched the film when I was little I've loved the name. It's such a great film  

Would you like to thread now? I think it could be best to wait for Hogwarts for Sam and Athena as there is a Quidditch pitch there.

Sure! Athena could meet Bertie in the book shop or so, and Francesca probably somewhere!
