Davina gave up on her charms, as she had no idea what to do. Instead, she decided to work on her Care of Magical Creatures homework, as she knew that she needed to have it done soon.

Zoe started on the essay and found that it was easier than she realized. Once she got started it all came pretty easy. Before she knew it most of it was done. Since she was almost finshed Zoe decided to take a break and strech.

Sophia walked into the Study Hall and waved at everyone as she came in. "Hey Davina, Zoe and Zeb can I join you guys?"Sophia asked as she adjusted her bag full of books.

Davina looked up as Sophia walked in. Sophia was one of the girls who she didn't mind at Hogwarts. Then again, she hadn't really spoken to her a lot. Davina had just finished her homework, and she didn't have much else to do here. Then agian, she didn't have much to do anywhere else either.
"Hey Soph, sure you can join us." Davina greeted Sophia and responded to her question.

Sophia smiled. "Thanks. Davina.'said Sophia as she got out her Potions book. "So, are you done with all your work, I done all of them but Potions."said Sophia sighing.

Davina listened to Sophia, and saw her getting out her Potions stuff. She had just finished her own homework, and was putting all of her things away.
"I just finished my Care of Magical Creatures homework. I was ill for the last Potions lesson." Davina said, explaining her situation. She then thought of something. "Hey, Soph, can you tell me what you did? I don't want to be too behind."
Davina hated being behind on schoolwork.

Sophia smiled. "Of course, I just turned in my homework ahead of time and plan study schedules I work, but anyway I did my Herbology essay, my Charms essay, History of Magic essay, and now my Potions essay."said Sophia.

[[OOC: New term, I'm not behind now!! I'll just read or something as no homework has been set...yet!!]]

Davina was sitting down, reading Hogwarts, A History. She had read it many, many times but she still found it fascinating. She was sure there was a lot more about Hogwarts which hadn't been included in this book, after all, secrets weren't always told. Also, you can't often explain things very well written down, you have to experience them. However, Davina wanted to know more about the Hogwarts founders, and she figured that this would be a good book to start with.

Davina saw Zoe come over to her and Zoe asked her what she was doing.
"I'm finishing off my Herbology homework." she told her, simply and truthyfully. Simply. She could only give long answers to teachers for some odd reason. Why was that? She had no idea. There weren't many things in the world she had no idea about, so that was saying something. She needed to make conversation. Quickly. Anything. Well, not anything but almost anything.
"Uh, so, I haven't seen you around in a while. What happened?" she asked after a pause. Well, it was something, she guessed. It was a question she wanted to know the answer to though, so she would be obvious she was listening to Zoe's reply. At least, she hoped it would be obvious.
