Heyo.
Just wanted to make a wee suggestion, and I hope no one takes offence or things I'm overstepping bounds or anything.
But everyone'd do well to thank the admins for their work a little more.
I'm not talking like, big, majestic statements of gratitude or anything, but for every time an admin replies "added" or "Done" or any variant of that, really, a good minute or two's effort, at least, more like five or more if it's an ability claim, or anything that requires an RP sample, has gone into checking the list, checking it twice (finding out if you're naughty or nice,) then editing the root post and coding it to make your little tidbit look pretty (unless you did that for us - in which case thank you!)
It's only a small thing, but it'll let the admins know that you're greatful for their work, and that you've paid attention to what their decision has been (That last point is more applicable to applications for things, like abilities and items, than for claims.)
I know from experience that after years of checking, editing, accepting and declining that it becomes a tedious job, and very tiresome, and without little pick me ups like a "thank you" it's very easy to leave them for another day and continue on with the fun stuff that we're all on here to enjoy.
But on a side note to the admins, some of them could be a little faster and more attentive to the claims themsevles, in all fairness, and hence sometimes the members mightn't be all that thankful for their 3 day wait for a face claim.
Just sayin'
But I suspect that saying thank you, for the most part, would be enough to motivate the less motivated admins to put claims back on the top of their list, which in turn should make everything faster.
Hope that made sense.... gosh I waffle a fair bit.
Don't bite me if this comes across rudely
