Susan went down to the tea room early in the morning for the past few days. She was living off her morning herbal tea to keep her sane. If she did fall asleep in her daughter’s room it was a restless sleep. She was so worried about Amelia she just couldn’t sleep well or do anything well at all but she knew that things could only get better, she hoped. The herbal tea had helped her calm her nerves quite a bit but not in the level she needed it. She wouldn’t take any calming potions because she personally had a thing against them and she knew that she didn’t need it. She needed time and for Amelia to wake up. Until Amelia wakes up this is going to be her life.
First the divorce shook her world, then she transferred jobs at the Ministry, and now Amelia was in St. Mungo’s. She didn’t know how much stressful her life could get. She never would say her life is horrible because she had the few point that it couldn’t be bad if her kids and herself were alive. That’s all that mattered but this was borderline insane what she was going through. She wondered how in Merlin’s name she hadn’t had any psychotic break yet. She found it an miracle in fact and thankful it hadn’t happened to her yet, hopefully it wouldn’t happen at all.
