Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Arianna walks into the classroom just in time to hear Professor Kitiara announcing the aims for today. After mulling this around in her head for a moment, a confused look crept across her face.

"Professor, this is Transfiguration. Why are we learning about Conjuring Charms?"

(Kitiara, as I said, this is Transfiguration. If you need help knowing how you should instruct this class please visit the Hp-Lexicon for more information.)

(proffesor Mcgonagall mentioned Conjuring charms, said that they would be learning them and also gave an essay on the inamatus conjurus, i doublechecked with darren)

"Because Ariana, you are creating objects out of thin air. That doesn't completely qualify for transfiguration but since conjuring spells are very useful and you won't learn them in any other subject so were learning conjuring spells today. So the most useful conjuring spell is aguamenti, does anyone know what it does?

Arianna's hand shot back into the air, "Aguamenti is a charm used to conjur a jet or stream of water." she said, and awaited the Professor's reply.

Arianna glanced around the room and was surprised to see that the new Ravenclaw student, Tereza, was not there. Of course most classes were time consuming, and the number of students varied in each one. Growing impatient at having to sit through an entire class, Arianna took spare parchment out of her bag and loaded her quill with ink. Her mind drifting off, she started doodling on the page.

Darren stared at Arianna, feeling angry he hadn't answered such an easy question quicker. He took out his quill and started copying what the teacher was saying.
