A Small, Significant Sacrifice

Jack had set up a tent. It blocked out the sun and was enchanted to stay nice and cool within the range of the tent. It had been set up in one of the empty blocks of Diagon, and Jack had made sure to enchant the ground into stone so as to keep it clean. Cots were set up, and the volunteers (most of whom were Healers from her old department) were all prepared to begin taking blood. People were already milling about and Jack was just making sure everything was in place.

As it was, she nodded to the head Healer, a woman named Lonna Lorman, who nodded. She clapped her hands together. "Alright! Donors! Glad to see you! Sit down and you'll be called up to get your blood drawn. Refreshments will be provided after your donation. Thank you for your sacrifice."

Jack's eyes scanned the street. This was more public than she liked, but there were few options since the Order had refused to get behind her on this. She was doing this on her own, and she would keep that in mind.
