Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

"Blame you about what?" Darren asked, slightly confused at what she meant. God, he was becoming like her, she was usually lost about most things. "Why would it be your fault that Alesy's gone?" he asked. Not wanting to appear lost, he just guessed what she was talking about.

Shaking her head, that wasn't what she had mean't but then again, she considered that it could even be her fault, as Alesy hadn't been a fan of her and she hadn't exactly been the sweetest gal back. "That's not what I mean't, I mean't that you're blaming me for bringing up the topic of it all." she explained, shrugging as she let out a yawn.

"Oh," Darren explaimed, understanding. He should of got that earlier, but in his defense, she had put it quite confusedly. "well you did bring it up." he said, rolling his eyes. Seeing her yawn, he smiled triumphantly. He had been telling her for the past week to sleep, and she hadn't. It confused him how someone could go so long awake without passing away. "Get some sleep if your sleepy" he told her.

Ginevra had slept lately, just that night actually, but she had passed out for only three hours and then awaken and resorted to going to the swim that brought her back to the tree. She always ended up where she was right now, she didn't know why but it was just what happened. "I'm not sleepy, just..needed...air.." Ginevra told him, speaking as the thoughts came to her head; not a good bluff this time.

Darren glared at Gin, irriated. Did she find it necessary to lie to him on everything? She didnt really expect him to believe her did she? Usually he did, as she was quite a good liar, but this was just far-fetched. "Needed air huh?" he echoed, rolling his eyes. "Thats the worst lie ever. Why dont you actually sleep for once?' He was quite confused and curious about that, some people thought sleep was a waste of time, but they would still sleep if it was necessary for them to not to pass away.

Ginevra was one of those many people who thought sleep was not nessasary, she knew it was something she needed but it really was a waste of time. So many things you could do while you were sleeping wasted because you just gave it. Urg, what a waste. "Okay, it was a bad lie but i'm really not tired." Ginevra informed him, sighing. This was true, she wasn't tired but she didn't get tired anymore from not sleeping the amount she should. Darren didn't know that though, so he couldn't say she was lying and be right.

Darren still didn't understand how someone could go so long without being tired, it was physically impossible. Still, Gin never seemed to look tired, bar the fact she had black spots under her eyes. "Then why were you yawning?!" Darren retorted. "And you didnt answer my previous question.."

"Why I need air?" she asked, confused once again. Ginevra was one of the most easy people to confuse, she just didn't follow along that well. "I was yawning because I felt like it, everyone does it in a lifetime." she pointed out, nodding more to herself than to him this time. Ginevra was someone who barley wore any make-up if any at all so the bags under her eyes were noticable. She didn't care, though, as it was how she looked.

"Nevermind," Darren said, frustrated. He hated explaining things and repeating things because others didn't understand, it annoyed him. Gin made him do that far too frequently. In a way, they were both near opposites, they didn't have much in common, and they annoyed each other as well. "I'll never understand how we're both friends, you never seem to tell me the truth about anything, even something small." he muttered. He was getting quite moody, and didn't know why either.

It was true, Ginevra and Darren were near enough opposites. They liked different things, had big differences on opinons but still were really close, closer than most actually. When people asked her why she considered him like family, she really didn't know how to explain it, words couldn't be formed. It was as complicaed as that. "I don't either, but that's one of the mysteries of life." Ginevra replied, shrugging as it didn't really matter at the moment, but he was right about her lying, she seemed to do it alot. "I only lie because you seem to get on my case about everything!" she pointed out, sighing as this much was true, he was always on her case, even if she did something really small wrong, like forgetting one meal. Watching his moods go over time, Ginevra looked at Darren, raised her eyebrow and then opened her mouth to speak, about to ask a question with an obvious answer but not being able to help herself. "Are you PMS'ing or something?"
