The Great Lake

Grinning still as she lied there the idea of being a stalker didn't worry her as she knew she wasn't one, it was just amusing how it sounded like it. "You worry about me to, so don't be a hypocryte." half of the time she knew he worried about her but didn't say something, Ginevra was different in the way that she was more vocal about it.

Zoe realized that she was not in their converstion so she walked on toward the lake then sat down. The lake was beautiful and she loved to watch the sunlight shine off of its surface.

Darren rolled his eyes, that was different as she very well knew. He wasn't hopeless and clumsy. "Of course I do! Its impossible not to! You attract everything dangerous within a two mile radius" he said, he knew she would get annoyed, like she usually did whenever he gave her the impression she was useless. "I can take care of myself, you cant"

Making a face as he started ranting about points that made her feel like her thought, Ginevra hated it. Being useless wasn't something she liked to think she was. "I do not! I haven't gotten in trouble for awhile." she stood up for herself as that much as true. Since she had returned to Hogwarts she hadn't gotten in trouble once. That much had to mean something. "You never give me the chance to take care of myself, so you wouldn't know!" she told him, frowning slightly. Her mom hadn't even ever told her how bad she was at taking care of herself but now that Darren was that made her notice, yet again, that he was right, she sucked at it. That was probably the reason she was so protective over him, he was better at looking after others that weren't herself.

Darren smirked, he knew she would complain right after he had said that. He didn't argue back, but couldnt help himself when she said he never gave her a chance to take care of herself. "If I never took care of you, you would probably not be sitting here right now" he pointed out, remembering the numerous times he had saved her.

Ginevra knew what he said was somewhat true but she had also proved herself in the past. Obviously those times hadn't been counted in Darren's books and she hated that. Alot. "Fine, give yourself that credit but still, you can't take care of me your whole life." she pointed out again, sighing. "You do have your own life."

"True" Darren said, nodding. he really had no idea how she was going to survive when he was gone. He would check on her every so often, not showing himself, it was better if she just forgot him. "Dont know how your going to live when I'm gone" he mused.

Ginevra sighed, thinking about it herself as she stared up at the sky. "I don't know how either." she muttered real quiet, not meaning to speak outloud but not noticing she was at the same time.

Darren frowned, hearing her sad tone, he didn't want to get her into a bad mood. "come on we still have a long time" he said trying to cheer her up. "And we could probably go somewhere during Summer"

Ginevra thought about it and he was right, they did have ahwile until the year ended. "You're actually planning to see me this summer? Surprising." she mused aloud, surprised but smiling at the idea.
