Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

The Great Lake - Page 84 Empty Re: The Great Lake

Davina turned towards Zeb and Darren. She was surprised she was being called 'mam', it made her suspicious. Then again, a lot of things made her suspicious.
"No, we haven't." she said, simply, glancing at Zeb, before turning back to her book. She didn't even look at Darren, she was sure he was either scowling or narrowing his eyes in her direction, and she didn't particularly care to see that.

Darren yawned boredly and started reading his book again. All the newcomers were distracting him.

"Hm, well, I don't remember you." Davina replied, trying to concentrate on her book, completely ignoring everyone else around her.

Charlie Weasley wrote:'Oh yeah' Charlie said, suddenly remembring. 'What were you doing there anyways?'

Ginevra couldn't help but grin when she saw Darren message his arm, obviously it had hurt a bit. "That's something I don't even know." she lied smoothly, shrugging. There were newcomers now, she was definitly not saying anything, though she wouldn't even if they were gone. Waving to her fellow Ravenclaw, she totally ignored Zeb.

Davina tried to read her book, but she gave up, and angrily shoved it back in her bag. It was too noisy, everyone chatting and laughing around her. She didn't even see Ginevra wave at her. She could never be social. It had really got on her mum's nerves, as her mother had always been really popular at school. Her mother had been pretty, clever, and outgoing, like the perfect girl. She had constantly been in trouble though, which had annoyed her teachers. Davina had often felt that she was a let-down. She was really clever, but so shy. She was beautiful, as people described her, but she always hid the fact by wearing boring clothes, and putting on make-up badly. She didn't like the attention.

Darren watched as Gin lied to Charlie. If he hadn't been with her he would of believed her. He would really have to ask Gin how lie so good later, he was hopeless at it.

Shrugging when she saw that Davina didn't seem to see her, she didn't care much as she knew how the girl was. Anyone shy should have their space if they wanted it but the thing Ginevra didn't get was if she didn't like the noise and presense of others, why didn't she just leave back to the common room where there was quiet? It only seemed to make sense, but she didn't want to sound rude suggesting it.

Zeb gave up and put his arm down. Gin must not like Zeb due to his assocation with a boy named Dae hemphill. Zeb felt it immature to judge someone on there association to someone else.
