The Ball - Page 3 Empty Re: The Ball

Spoiler:

Zandelle adjusted the white mask that covered the top part of his face once again as he entered the ballroom. He pulled ont he cuff of the tuxedo he had decided to wear and he sighed. It was a good thing he was used to wearing these things, or else he would've flipped right now. He knew that for some people these things were uncomfortable and he honestly understood why. Tuxedos were probably one of the most uncomfortable things on the earth. Zan ran a hand through his hair that had been combed back and held in place with gel. Boy was that a disaster, his hair wouldn't stay in place any other way and it had caused him a bit of trouble to keep it like that.

He searched the room for any sign of Sarah, but he couldn't tell if she was already in there or not. It was pretty hard considering everyone in there had a mask on and he now had to find his girlfriend among all of them. It felt weird for him to call Sarah his girlfriend, even though that was what she was. He slid his hands into his pockets, a signature move of his, and he walked around, looking for the Gryffindor girl.

The Ball - Page 3 Empty Re: The Ball

Post by Caspian Ivanov Mon Oct 29, 2012 7:12 pm

Spoiler:

Atticus had never really been one to actually want to attend a ball, even when he was a little boy. But being from a Pureblood family, he was expected too, especially when there were certain families that would be attending, not that he actually cared about any of that. Right now the only reason he was going to this Masquerade ball was because of Kiara. She had been so excited when she heard about it and he felt that telling her he didn't want to go would make her extremely sad, so he had agreed to go. Atticus figured that since this time he wasn't excepted to do anything, it would make it easier for him to actually have fun at these things.

The black mask that was on his face probably wouldn't make it any easier for Kiara to recognize who he was, but he knew how she looked and everything because he had been told how she would be dressing and everything. He adjusted the bow tie on his tuxedo and he looked around the ballroom for Kiara. She didn't seem to be standing with any of the other girls that were there, so he looked around at the tables. He saw her sitting there alone, and he appraoched her from behind. "Sorry to make you wait." he greeted her from behind as he kissed her on the cheek softly.

Cecilie really never went events like that before because it was not really thing for here. She really was not very party girl or anything like that. She most of time just did read books or did sleep or something else even. She was from halfblood family so she really never needed to have attend so she didn't but today she decided to come here and have some fun for while. Let's see how fun it will be for CeCe.

She entered to the ball room and looked around. She really didn't know here actually noone, maybe she knew somebody but she didn't see her or him right now. She did wear one black dress and mask. She did even but some make up on her face.

Sarah who have been looking for Zandell her boyfriend in the crowd smiled as she suddenly found him due to him doing his signature move. Shaking her head Sarah walked over towards him and smiled at him. "Aw... you look so cute tugging your tuxedo, I know you don't want to wear or be here but thankyou!"said Sarah kissing him softly on the lips. "You look sharp and handsome tonight, even if your uncomfortable!"said Sarah giggling. Sarah knew him to well probably better then he knew himself, she knew he was uncomfortable and hated this.

It was hard to believe that her and Zandell were dating now, it was a bit weird but she just knew that was because they were best friends for so long. Although like most couples around here, they knew each other very well and knew what they liked and hated. That was one thing that other couples didn't have, but reguardless Sarah still loved him and always will. "Would you like to dance? Even though you hate it."said Sarah chuckling.

Kiara smiled as she heard Atticus's voice from behind her, turning around she stood up and hugged him. "It's ok love, I didn't have to wait that long for you."said Kiara softly as she kissed him softly on cheek. "Well... don't you look sharp and handsome as always love."said Kiara smiling warmly at him. "I'm glad you said yes about coming here, the only reason I wanted to come was because I missed you!"said Kiara softly but honestly. She didn't care about the dance, she just missed Atticus and wanted to be close to him again. It was hard for them to be together at times, due to him working at St.Mungo's and her still being in school.

It was weird how life got in the way of things, but Kiara knew this was going to happen sooner or later. She begin to wonder how things were going to be after she graduated, but she had a feeling it might be eaiser seeing how they would be working at the same place. Kiara sometimes wished that she was already graduated from Hogwarts, not seeing Atticus everyday or every other was killing her. Although Atticus probably knew that she missed him and wanted to make her happy made her smile because she knew he loved her so much to go to this ball when he didn't want to.

Alex was head boy, and decided to come to the ball. But it was to keep a eye out for trouble, and doing his job as Head boy. He wore half a white mask, allowing anyone to see his Topaz colored eye but the other half of his face was hidden. For the occasion, he wore a black suit and matching dress pants. A black tie and white undershirt just to look dashing. But really there wasn't many that he wanted to dance with, unless it was "Her".

Then again, he was suppose to be nice, so chatting and dancing with a few girls wouldn't be much of a hassle. Even his hair was new, but that was because someone they cut his hair in the forbidden forest. But at least he didn't look to bad, and people would not be able to know who he is with the new hair style. This way, things would be rather interesting. " It seems like things are fairing well "

Alex just stood near a table, looking at the crowds mingling or dancing. He was jealous that they could do that so easily. And now, he hated his suit because it was very tight around his body, he prefered his kimono to this thing. He chuckled to himself, putting half a smile for anyone to see if they looked at him.

The Ball - Page 3 Empty Re: The Ball

Post by Anabelle Mulciber Tue Oct 30, 2012 2:00 am

Why am I here?

Hitamé honestly wondered how she got herself dragged into this. Naomi was obviously going to come and for once Hitamé wasn't going to follow her. She knew Naomi was mature enough to go off to places by herself, but that wasn't why she was here now. She was here because of her younger brother, Sora. The thirteen year old had wanted to come to the ball, but he had been to afraid to ask anyone to go with him. Though she didn't remember how he, or Xemnas, was like she knew that he had problems with girls.

She had agreed to go with him so he could go and he wouldn't have to go alone. It was just something a good sister did. Hitamé hadn't been planning to go dressed the way she was though. All she wanted was a simple dress that wouldn't draw attention to herself and a plain white mask that was enough to hide the top part of her face from view. But a few girls in the common room had gotten excited when they heard she, Hitamé Higurashi, the girl who normally wouldn't go to these things, was going to the masquerade ball. They went a little overboard if you ask her.

The girl wore a long and elegant light blue dress and she had a white mask on with a blue feather on the side. It was like her other one, it hid the top half of her face well and her hair, that was curled and tied up for once, helped hide one side of her face with the bangs that fell over the right side of her face. She sighed softly as she walked around the ballroom that was now filled with people. She had come to help Sora, and now he was gone. He'd just disappeared. Hitamé finally saw him in the distance, dancing with some girl and she smiled, shaking her head slightly and she turned around, walking away. She didn't want to interfere with that. She knew that Xemnas was also there, so maybe she could find him and just hang out with him there. She doubted that her older brother had a date because he didn't exactly like going anywhere with dates. It was too much trouble according to him.

As she walked, moving out of the way of a few people, Hitamé stumbled when someone stepped on her dress accidently and she bumped into someone(hopefully Alex) and she quickly stepped back. "Oh I'm sorry." she said softly.

Spoiler:

Alex was minding his own business, when a women was shoved in his way. On instinct he caught her with his hands to her waist, when she hit him and let her step back after she was able to walk again. Instead of saying his common phrase to be careful, he decided that he would be calm. Looking over her as she said sorry to him, and he only smiled softly at her.

" It's Okay, there is alot of people here. People tend to slip, or someone steps on a dress. By the way your dress looks very beautiful on you "

He said charmingly but he didn't know, who she was at all. But she seemed very familiar to him, her mask that covered the top part of her face threw him off. So he would have to think it was someone he knew, but it was a Masquerade Ball. What fun would there be, if he asked her who she was. So he might as well have fun now, and decided to play his part in the act.

" My name is Zane Alucard, it is a pleasure of meeting you, even if it wasn't intentional, maybe fate had a hand in this "

He grabbed her hand, bringing it to his lips. Kissing the top of her knuckles before releasing it. As he chuckled at his gesture of Fate causing them to meet on this night, hoping she would humor him and all goes well. Even if he did give a fake name away, it was all part of this ball, it was always a Mystery and that always made things more interesting.

Hitamé looked down at her dress, a light blush forming on her face as she heard what he said. Luckily her mask hid the blush and she smiled slightly at him. "Oh um, thank you." she said hesitantly. His voice sounded familiar but she couldn't figure out where she had heard it before. It must've been in one of her classes or in the corridor or something. She looked at his face as well, trying to find something that would allow her to recognize him, but all she saw was one of his eyes. It was a peculiar color, and it was also familiar, but someone she still didn't know who he was.

He introduced himself as Zane Alucard and she blinked a couple of times. She didn't know who he was at all, the name didn't sound familiar. Yet he looked and sounded so familiar, he must've just been in one of her classes or something. It would explain why she didn't know who he was, she didn't pay attention to most people in her classes. He grabbed her hand and kissed it, but as soon as his lips touched her hand she felt the urge to pull it away, and before she could stop herself, she tugged her hand away cautiously.

"Er ... Sorry." she apologized for pulling her hand away rudely. "I - I'm ..." she stopprd, hesitating in saying her name. There was no harm in telling him her name, its not like no one knew her and really she wasn't hiding from anyone. Well sort of. She shool her head slightly and cleared her throat. "I'm Hitamé ... Higurashi." No matter how many times she was told, Hitamé still refused to call herself a Charcovix. Even if she knew that her brothers' surnames were Charcovix. She and Naomi would always be Higurashi's.

Alex stayed calm, as she said her name and made his hand clench a little. But he
She pulled her hand away from him, but he didn't care. She was fine, because he had just met her today. And well kissing her hand was something he did to be polite, he guessed she didn't go to many of these events. So it was all New to her, so he would have to ease her into it.

" It's quite alright, I should have asked first. I'm sorry if I offended you "

He played the calm card, even if it was the women he wanted to cherish and talk to. He couldn't believe that she was here with him, but he didn't want to start a fight her with everyone watching. What was he going to do, but then something took over inside of him. This would be his chance to talk to her as someone else, and see how she sees him, as Alex Star.

" I think that's a beautiful name, I bet everyone tells you that? "

He wondered why she was here, she didn't seem like the type to come here. Did she have a date? when he said that, he felt extremely jealous for a moment, but he had to remember that she was her own women, plus she always pushed him away for some reason but she told him there was a reason for it. He was going to find out, hopefully sooner then later.

" If I may ask, do you have a escort? if not would you do me the honor of being in your company for this night "
