Nikki finished a mouthful. "Are-are you sure?" Nikki asked. She looked at her watch. "I gotta get some stuff from the shops, Jake's in bed, probably hungry, won't be long!" Nikki said grabbing her handbag, keys and her list. She waved and made her way out.

Nick walked over to Jake's room and saw that he was awake so he picked him up put some food on a plate and gave it to Jake to eat.

Nikki came back with the groceries and other stuff she had to buy. She put everything away. "So, how was my baby?" Nikki asked.
