GENERAL APPEARANCE:
Aidan has brown hair which match his eyes, and his appearance is pretty average, which he quite likes. Average height, weight, even his hair colour, brown, seems to be the same as everyone else. He likes blending in with people as he is quite a shy boy at heart. He never puts any effort into how he looks, it is more what clothes are on top of the pile in the morning. His twin brother, Evan, cared more about clothes, so in the past they'd just get him similar clothes. However, Evan had a more outlandish taste, so it quickly stopped and Aidan wore plain jeans and t-shirts, whatever felt comfortable. At Hogwarts, he would stick to uniform for the majority of the time. He liked his robes and wearing his house colours, it made him feel proud to be a Ravenclaw.

PERSONALITY:
Aidan is a very shy boy. Growing up he had always felt a little bit in the shadow of his twin. It is natural in twins for one twin to be the more outgoing one, and Aidan was definitely not very outgoing. He was smart though, that was one thing that he was better at than his twin. Evan cared more about flying and playing with animals, whilst Aidan cared about proper magic, at least in his eyes.
Sometimes Aidan did wish he could be more like Evan though. Evan always had loads of friends and was really popular. Aidan had never had any really good friends. He'd stay in his room reading for the most part. Usually he was fine with this, but occasionally he thought it might be nice to have a friend or two to talk to. Solitude can get a bit lonely sometimes.

CHARACTER HISTORY

Early Years:
Growing up, Aidan was brought up as the typical magical child. His mother stayed at home to help educate the children and prepare them for Hogwarts, whilst his father worked at the Ministry. Aidan loved being taught by his mother, he loved learning and he picked things up quicker than his twin brother, and sometimes he'd be better than his older sister which would make him really happy.
Once his sister Lottie left for Hogwarts though, it stopped somewhat. Lottie had been at the same level as him magically, not that Aidan liked to boast, but he was smart for his age, and Evan not so much. Plus his mother took up a part time job at the Ministry on weekends, and she seemed to work from home in the week two. This was when Evan decided to try and start flying. Evan seemed to be a natural at it, but Aidan just couldn't get it. He could just about fly, but wasn't very good at it, despite all the practise. This frustrated him, he wasn't used to not being able to learn things, so stopped fairly quickly and returned to his room most days for the next two years.
