Caiden looked at Talon, carefully who seemed to be buying his own lollies with his own money. Caiden shrugged and continued to eat his liquorice, tearing pieces to pieces, one by one and chewing it. He was going to offer to buy him the lollies he wanted, since he had so much money in his hand but seem Talon had turned his offer. He already had black liquorice marks all over his lips without noticing. 'Oh,' said Caiden, not sure how to answer to that. 'Must be nice to have the family who is close' he asked, finishing off his liquorice wand and licked his finger. 'I only live with my mother since my father left when I was born,' said Caiden, going through his piles of candy, picking a candy he wanted to eat. Out of no where, a chocolate frog started hopping around randomly around the carriage causing Caiden to jump out of his seat. Luckily Talon had already caught it as it tried to make it to it freedom out the window. 'Wicked,' he laughed, looking at the chocolate frog with astonishment. Caiden leaned forward to look at the chocolate frog carefully. 'Yeah, they painted a real frog with chocolate so people think its chocolate,' lied Caiden. He thought it was funny when he thought it was real. The expression on Talon's face was priceless, he could tell how uneasy he was but it didn't stop him for joking around with him. If he had a camera with him he would've taken a photo of this it was hilarious. Sadly he didn't have a camera with him so he couldn't capture the moment. Thank god for memories.

Talon raised a brow in disbelief as Caiden gave his explanation. He could easily tell that his sarcasm meant something otherwise, yet it still made him feel a little nauseous to think that if Caiden was right, he'd just be chowing on a random frog from some bayou. Talon shrugged and put the frog in his mouth, chewing slowly almost trying to avoid a taste of blood. His fears were misplaced though, as he could just chocolate in his mouth, perhaps a little too chewy for his kind of taste. "Thanks for the comfort," Talon said sarcastically as he sat back down, feeling like a total idiot now. Well, at least he had some other candy with him as well. "Why would they do that?" he asked, looking at the chocolate frog package "I mean, that's just messed up." He pulled apart the opening to the jelly bean package and looked inside. Nothing moving or alive in there, so he figured it was safe to eat some. Talon pulled out what appeared to be a purple colored bean, and ate it. Grape, that was good. He pulled out another one and noticed this one looked like a sickly green bean with little patches of red on it. His instinct told him this definitely wasn't good. "I'm not sure if I want to eat this one," Talon said, holding out the bean for Caiden to see.

Caiden was grinning like an idiot at the moment, he was enjoying his little joke he had playing on Talon. It was a cruel joke, yet he couldn't stop laughing. Soon later, he saw Talon shrugged it off and put the chocolate into his mouth. 'Ew, your eating frog, yuck man,' he said in digust, of course he was only joking. Caiden knew he fair shares of magical candies to know it was only magically enchanted to look as if it was alive. His mother and him had spent the rest of the evening in the Diagon Alley just looking at lollies. Caiden's mother knew all about the lollies and had told him everything she knew about lollies. She absolutely loved chocolate and lollies, she knew basically every candies they had to offer in the wizarding world. 'No problem,' grinned Caiden again, after Talon had thanked him for the information. Then soon Caiden burst out laughing at Talon and clapped his hand together as Talon asked about the 'painted chocolate frog'. This was too good. 'I'm only joking,' chuckled Caiden. 'Its only magically enchanted so it looks like its alive,' he explained. 'Everything is chocolate,' he continued. He looked away at the beautiful view of the mainland out the window. Then he looked up at Talon again as he started to speak again and showed him the sickly green candy. He leaned in to examine it, he had no idea what that one was. 'I think thats booger flavour,' he shrugged. 'Try it,' he suggested, turning to his pile of candy next to him and picking up the Pepper Imp candy which he wanted to show Talon.

Talon shook his head in disapproval and replied "Nuh-uh, no way. My gut, and my lunch, are telling me not to eat this thing." He set the bean down next to him, hoping that it would get lost somewhere between the cushions a couple minutes from now. He sunk back into his seat and pulled out another bean. It was brown. Talon shrugged and placed it into his mouth, chewing on his. He immediately spit it out and wiped away the excess saliva that hung to his lips. It was dirt flavored. How did he know? Let's just say Talon and his brother were good friends, but that didn't mean they didn't have a fight every now and then. "I'm starting to think that these beans are meant as a party favor or something," Talon said scraping the flavor off his tongue with his teeth "to try and get someone to eat one while blindfolded or something." That was actually a really good idea. He would need to remember that the next time he threw a party. There was a knock on the cabin door and Talon immediately slid it open, revealing what appeared to be the conductor. "Sorry to bother you gents, but have you seen a collar that has a silver tag on the loop?" Talon thought for a moment and replied "I haven't seen anything like that. How about you Caiden?"

Caiden laughed and shook his head. 'Up to you,' he shrugged. 'Your lost,' he said, a hint of sarcasm in his voice. Caiden looked down at his pepper imp in his hand and plopped it into his mouth. Caiden looked up at Talon again and jumped out of the way, with his hands in the air as saw Talon spit out another jelly bean from his mouth. 'Chew it don't spew it!' he shouted, looking at Talon with bewilderedly. Caiden laughed and shook his head at Talon, watching him as he wiped his mouth from the jellybean. 'I forgot to warn you, theres some pretty nasty stuff in there,' snickered Caiden. 'Well as long you don't try that on me,' he said, laughing as he grabbed Talon's box of jelly beans and digged through the jellybeans. Now that Talon had talked him about 'blindfolding a person and making them eat all the nasty jellybeans' he now knew the best probably most horrible joke he was going to play on him. So you better watch out Talon Malowe. 'Here try this,' he said, picking out a raspberry flavoured jellybean and handed it out to him. A second later he heard someone knock on the door and looked at the door to see who it was. 'No, I have not..' said Caiden, looking at both Talon and the train conductor and shaking his head.

"Oh okay," the conductor replied "thank you, and if you happen to see it, let me know." "Will do," Talon replied with a smile on his face. Talon shut the cabin door and slunk back into his seat. "Who loses a collar?" Talon laughed, not really caring as to the fate of that collar. He closed the top of the beans and then unwrapped the Sour Apple bites. He placed one in his mouth and immediately felt how sour they were. Fortunately for Talon, he liked sour candy. His face twisted though, in order to help resist the sourness, and he eventually ended up swallowing it. "Okay, that was kinda sour," Talon chuckled. He set the Sour Apples aside and realized he didn't have much left. Should've bought more. "Hey, do you want to go find the cart lady?" Talon asked, leaning forward in his seat "I wanna see if we can get some more candy or something." She couldn't have gone too far, and she did have some nice looking candy. Perhaps he would buy another chocolate frog, as they were pretty good. He just didn't want to go telling his parents anytime soon that he devoured a living frog in one sitting, that would just make him look like a freak. Talon stood up, and had his hand on the door, waiting for Caiden's response.

Soon the conductor thanked them and began to walk off, continuing his search for apparently a lost collar. Caiden couldn't help but feel slightly confused. 'Isn't a collar part of a t-shirt or something?' he asked, laughing as he racked his brain helplessly for a legitimate excuse to lose a collar. 'Oo!' said Caiden as smoke blew out of his mouth. He could feel a burning sensation burning in his mouth, the pepper imp was ready, 'Watch this,' he said, tossing the candy in his mouth side by side with his tongue. 'Step back,' he warned him. Then with a gentle blow he blew fire out of his mouth that filled up almost half the room and soon died out until it filled up the room with nothing but smoke. Caiden gasped for air for a second and coughed, luckily the flame didn't burn his mouth. 'Pretty cool hey?' he asked, waving the smoke away with his hands and looked at Talon. Then soon Talon asked him if he wanted to find the cart lady, for more candy's he assumed. 'Sure, if you can handle another chocolate painted live frog,' joked Caiden, reaching for his pocket and counted his money. 'I guess I can put a few more candies in my stomach,' he thought to himself, shoving his money back into his pocket. 'Lets go,' he opened the door and beckoning Talon to come with him. Of course he will.

Talon rolled his eyes at Caiden's sarcasm and proceeded out the door, making sure to leave something in the cabin to signal this place was taken. He walked out into the hallway, passing by several students and pets. "I wonder if it's mandatory to be in a cabin," Talon said to Caiden, seeing as how many students were just out in the open inside the hallway. As they continued, Talon found his way into the next train car, looking around for the cart lady. "I don't see her here," he said, looking around "how about you go in the other direction, just in case she decided to do a 180." With that, Talon continued further down into the car and began to search. Mostly fifth years and sixth years were in this cart, so they ignored Talon. He continued further down into the next car, fourth years inhabited this place. The next car, then the next, he couldn't find her anywhere. Talon sighed, and turned around, obvious that she wasn't in this direction. As he turned around though, something caught Talon's eye. He noticed a slight shine from the table, a silver watch. Talon couldn't move, nor could he think about anything else. When no one was looking, Talon walked over, quickly pocketed the watch and quickly left the area, heading back to his cabin. Maybe Caiden would have better luck finding the lady.

Being a first year isn't so bad. Just remember that if you need anything just ask one of us.

A very timid and shy Damitrius D'Eath tried to hold onto these words. Words that came from her beloved older sister, Alexis. Her sister was a fourth year now, and she had other siblings there as well. A third year and two who were the same year as her. But she only series comfort from Alexis. For some reason, since she was born, Damitrius always found comfort in the words of her older sister, and only from her. She always only wanted to spend time with Alexis and being the spoiled child she is, she was always allowed to be with her no matter what. Now, being in a completely different compartment than her sister was hard for her. She was actually scared of all the other first years, or most of them at least. She knew Damien was making plenty of friends, he was always good at being social, but she wasn't like him. Damitrius usually kept her distance from othets if she could. When she saw the cart lady, Damitrius found that as an opportunity to get out of her compartment and try to go over to her sister. But when she caught up to the lady, she saw all the different candies and she momentarily forgot why she'd gotten out of the compartment in the first place. Being a Half-Vampire, she immediately asked for some blood flavored lollipops and then she just grabbed whatever other candies she thought she'd like. After all, she had enough money to buy everything on the cart if she wanted. After thanking the lady, Damitrius looked around and tilted her head. How was she supposes to get back exactly?
