Healing a friend in need

Kaleigh blushed heavily feeling her heart leap a few dozen times as her lips met Jimmy's. She kissed him back softly closing her eyes enjoying every second of it until he broke away. "Thank you? For what?" She asked confused as she instinctively snuggled into his chest as his head lay on her shoulder. She kept her eyes close not wanting this moment to end, feeling so comfortable next to him. Wishing she knew what he hadn't told her last night.

"You're gonna have to tell her eventually, you know" nagged Jimmy's brain as he lay with Kaleigh. "Thank you for helping me, of course." replied Jimmy, smiling sweetly, "Not many would've taken me in like this."

Jimmy bit his lip as he stared into her eyes, his head tilted to the side as he contemplated telling her. "You have to...She has a right to know". Knowing that the voice inside his head was right, Jimmy sighed softly. "Hey...um...can I tell you something?" he asked Kaleigh timidly.

Kaleigh smiled and shrugged. "It was nothing." She said bashfully. She looked up to the ceiling as her stomach growled slightly. "If I get thanked like that every time... I'd be happy to help you." She continued slyly.

"Hey...um...can I tell you something?"

Kaleigh sat up slightly, looking at him. "Could this be what he didn't want to tell me last night?" She thought to herself as she stared into his eyes. "Of course." She said hoping it wasn't too bad but by the look in his eyes, it was.

Jimmy buried his head in the couch, hands over his head, unable to look at Kaleigh as he broke the news to her. "I...I...did a terrible thing..." he mumbled into the couch, his voice barely strong enough to reach her ears.

"I...I,,,went home...to my parents...and...*gulp*..." Jimmy id, his voice trailing off into silence as his courage deserted him. One quick glance up at Kaleigh's concerned face was all it took to nudge him into continuing.

Taking one long, deep breath, Jimmy rattled it off with impressive speed, "I was captured by my dad and he tortured me and mocked me and hurt me and and..." his voice descending to just a whisper now "I killed him...". Jimmy curled up into a ball, shaking hard and expecting to be kicked out there and then. It would be the least he deserved.

Kaleigh listened quietly as he told what he had done. When he had finished she watched him slowly processing what he had just told her. Kaleigh looked at him for what seemed like ages before she sighed heavily as she replayed what he had said one last time through her mind and all she could really think was... "The poor dear..." She leaned over him hugging him softly covering his body with hers. "Oh Jimmy...." She said while stroking his hair softly.

She kissed the top of his head, knowing that the best thing for Jimmy at the moment was for her to remain calm especially after seeing how shaken up he seemed to be. "Are you ok?" She asked quietly in his ear as she continued on hugging him softly.

Jimmy couldn't have felt any more relieved than he did just then as he felt Kaleigh's arms wrap around him. Looking up at her with tears now streaming done his face, Jimmy cracked a weak smile. "I'm..I'm...f-fi.." said Jimmy, trying to force the word "fine" out of his mouth. But he couldn't do it. Instead, he sank into her arms, sobbing quietly.

"I just don't know what to do or where to go...I'm scared..." he mumbled pathetically, his eyes not daring to meet hers.

Kaleigh bit her lip as she looked into Jimmy's eyes seeing his filled with tears. "Oh sweetie." She said feeling her heart break. "I don't think you are fine...." She said pointing out the obvious as she sat up and pulled him close to her, wrapping her arms around him tightly. "You can stay here." Kaleigh said cupping his chin making him look at her. "And I am not taking no as the answer." She finished off as she kissed his cheek gently and wiped away his tears with her finger softly.

Jimmy looked up at Kaleigh, pure adoration in his eyes. No one had ever been this sweet and kind to him before, not even when he wasn't a murderer. Her lips touching his cheek was all that was needed to make Jimmy press his lips to hers, kissing her as passionately as his tired body would allow.

"Thank you...I don't deserve this..." was all he could whisper, his heart racing in circles as he sought to show his gratitude to this wonderful woman in front of him.

Kaleigh kissed him softly back as she melted in his arms. She had never felt this way towards someone before but she sure did enjoy the feeling greatly. She leaned her forehead against his gazing into his eyes. "You are welcome to stay here for as long as you like." She said as she entwined her hands with his gently. She ignored his remark about him not deserving this. Kaleigh had the urge to protect him from anyone out to harm him. "It is no problem." She finally said closing her eyes.

Jimmy could do nothing but lay there, transfixed by her beauty as his body was swept by wave upon wave of pleasure the like of which he had never experienced before. His lips brushed past hers as he kissed her neck gently.

Jimmy had never felt so attracted to and so wanted by a person before. His eyes became locked into hers, happily unable to go anywhere else. As she closed her eyes, Jimmy did the same. It was with a great pang to his heart that Jimmy realized he would have leave this heavenly place in the middle of the night.
