Power

An expression of utter astonishment set Nemo's facial features alight before he was heaved forward and he slumped heavily against Collins. It had not been a part of the equation: that Collins might steal from Nemo his consciousness, and thus prevent his fall from the Ministry building. Nemo had not accounted for it, and could have done nothing to prevent the close-quarter spell from colliding forcefully with his chest.

His legs gave way as his body crumbled beneath the weight of the sudden sleep that had overtaken Nemo, until his upper body was all that was being held in Collin's arms, and his legs were a tangled mess upon the bricks that made up the rooftop. He was thoroughly drenched by the rain as his clothing acted as a sponge, absorbing every droplet. But Collins had successfully prevented what Nemo himself had believed to be his inevitable death.

Nemo Omara had been saved, no matter how desperately he may have wished otherwise.
