Rhys was making her way, slowly and painfully to the lake when she heard footsteps behind her, slightly muffled from the fact that she had pulled her cloak up all the way to her ears. Her skin had turned an embarrassing emerald green, nearly all of her, it was as though it had targeted the areas that people could see, and not the areas people couldn't. It ran over her entire face, her neck, her shoulders and arms, and then skipped most of her torso to run down her stomach in small light patches, and than to her legs, where it was a shocking, deep emerald that stood out against anything she wore that her legs might stick out of. You'd have thought she had just turned green, but there was still patches of normal skin left.
There was also this rash, a horrible, itchy, grating rash that ran down her left arm, all the way to her palm, and than across her stomach as well. It was the same emerald green, but little bumps covered that part of her body, and itched like crazy, she had some itching ointment to soothe it, but it wasn't helping much, it still itched like crazy. To tired and sore to even turn around, she didn't care who it was behind her, Rhys stopped, and waited for the footsteps to either go around her, or stop with her.
