Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Kirby was trying to find his place- everywhere he went, he had found one place that served liquor that had become sort of his base of operations, his headquarters. It was typically here that he made his friends, where he exchanged ideas and became more acquainted with the world he had stepped into. Coming back to his home, however, was strange. Everywhere was familiar, but unexplored, so he had no ideas of where to begin. The thing that drew him to The Hog's Head was it's relative distance from the rest of the quaint little village of Hogsmeade. Emmeline was sickly but had come along for the journey. However she had run into a friend from ITaly who was staying in London, and the two decided to tour the village together. Kirby had told her to keep in touch and he continued on his own until he found The Hog's Head.

He had no prejudices as he walked in. What did draw him, though, was the spirited conversation occurring at the bar. They all seemed to be arguing about something- the Ministry, was it? This was the best way to settle into a "new" place, Kirby knew very well, so he headed for the bar, ignoring the patrons at tables who had evidently come here just to get drunk. He ordered himself a Firewhiskey and lit a cigarette, taking a seat at the bar and soaking himself into the conversation. The night had become a promising one.
