GENERAL APPEARANCE:
Rose never possessed her mother’s bushy brown hair; rather she inherited her father’s tame sort of useless locks, really. She could never do much with her hair aside from throwing it up into a high pony-tail or brushing it out and using several charms in order to make it sit and stay. It was always clear she had received the stubbornness of her mother’s hair, even if she didn’t have the bushiness. Of course she was thankful for it but there were times during her Hogwarts years that she rather wished she had the bushiness instead of the stubbornness because her dorm mates were sure to have some tonics or potions to straighten her hair out. She’s grown to somewhat like the way her hair decides to hang around her face, or at least tolerate it. She finds, though, that her hair closes off her pale face from the world and makes her otherwise bright blue eyes seem dark and misty beneath the curtain of glossy red hair. Her eyes are the shape of slightly too-wide almonds and her nose is just that little bit too big for her face. Her lips, pale and perhaps only a few shades pinker than her pallor, are rather delicate yet full and plump at the same time.
Rose has a body that isn’t toned by Quidditch as her cousins’ are. No, her body is long and almost worryingly thin. Almost being the operative word, here. She is trim all over bar her hips and her breasts which are strangely full despite her tiny frame. Her waist is thin, lending to an hour-glass body shape which she seems to emulate, not unlike the shape of her mother’s Time Turner which Rose now possesses. Of course, no one apart from Hermione and Rose know of this -- and rightly so considering the use that could be made of it. The Time Turner is something Rose never takes off for fear of losing it. It sits between her breasts, often tucked into the strap of her bra if she elects to make the chain long enough. Against the pallor of her chest, the timepiece often looks as if it is glowing. Her style is feminine and vintage despite her nature which is much more masculine by comparison. She loves pastel colours but prefers to wear jeans and t-shirts rather than anything particularly dressy.
She is certainly one for simplicity rather than donning something complicated. Overall, you could say she’s quite plain but there is a timeless beauty about her that cannot be denied.

PERSONALITY:
Rose Weasley is a perfectionist, insufferably so. She is incredibly hard on herself, accepting nothing but the best - a side-effect of being Hermione Granger’s daughter. She’s difficult yet brilliant and was, even as a child, exemplary. Her attention to detail is unlike her mother’s, in a completely different league in fact. However, she suffers from the expectation that was so evident in her youth. She’s bossy, not unlike her mother, but also argumentative and unforgiving. She doesn’t accept that she’s wrong, ever and comes off as arrogant and haughty. She does have a tender side, though. She’s an empathetic, maternal creature that exudes charisma. She’s incredibly persuasive but doesn’t quite realise it. Had she, perhaps she would have been more manipulative. No, she’s quite ignorant to her influence on people. She’s a listener, more than a talker and there is certainly something about her that makes people open up. She doesn’t mind but sometimes she wonders what it would be like for her to do the same, before realising that it’s not a wise idea to do so. Compassionate, Rose is more of a lover than a fighter but she’s valiant and reckless enough to not quite know when to be more of the former rather than the latter.

CHARACTER HISTORY

Early Years:
When Rose was born, her parents were still fairly close to Ottery St. Catchpole, the home of her paternal grandparents. She grew up in the hills surrounding the wizarding village. It was shortly after her younger brother was born that her mother returned to work at the Ministry and though by that time they had moved away from Ottery St. Catchpole, more and more of Rose’s time was spent there as her grandmother babysat both her and her younger brother. Though unlike most children, Rose did not dislike her brother when he was born, she still gave him the hard time that was to be expected. She did want to be the apple of her mother and father’s eyes. She wanted to be the favourite child. She was favoured, certainly but it wasn’t until her younger brother was old enough to be up and about that she truly began to feel envious. Her father began to favour Hugo, putting more time into teaching him how to fly than her. It was during this time that she began to bond more with her mother and as Hermione taught her, Rose developed her perfectionist streak. She would do anything her mother asked of her in order to please the woman. She studied for hours to get even a shred of the intelligence her mother had. She was understandably elated when she was accepted into Hogwarts.
Hogwarts Years:
Her brain was enough without the consistent studying. Upon arriving at Hogwarts, Rose was accepted into Ravenclaw and from there the adventure began with her cousins and the friends that she made. Rose continued to study, almost obsessively. She never took to Quidditch like her other cousins but she enjoyed watching it all the same. Most of her time was spent among her friends, studying. Boring, no? Perhaps that explains her sudden desire to join her uncle Charlie in Romania towards the end of her seventh year. She craved the adventure she’d heard stories about from her parents’ time at Hogwarts. She couldn’t find it though. Her fleeting crush on Scorpius Malfoy was about as exciting as her existence got at Hogwarts. She was the wallflower. As her friends went out on dates, she was left behind to hold the fort in the dormitory. She didn’t mind, admittedly, but she couldn’t wait for her taste of freedom. Her studying was bound to enable that, though, and after passing her N.E.W.Ts with ‘Outstanding’s’ across the board (bar that pesky pass in Divination) she set out on her own.
Adulthood:
