Department Position: Warden of Azkaban
Reason for application: To expand her horizons and do something she thinks will be much more worthwhile and fascinating to her. Working with Inmates will help relax, and destress Zoe from her normal everyday life.
How did your character come into this position: After some time as the head of the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures, Zoe went off on a 7 month sabbatical to learn more extensively about Dragons from Charlie Weasley. After she came back however, Zoe figured out that she wanted a change of occupation, so after much research into it, she decided to promote her favorite worker, Jack Dyllan to head, and applied for the job as the Warden of Azkaban.

Reason for application: Jake used to work in the Department as a Beast Specialist. He loves magical creatures and he thinks he'll get a better understanding of them from working in the Department.
How did your character come into this position: Again, he used to work there. But he first came into it, because of his curiosity and love of magical creatures. They just fascinates him in any way imaginable.

Reason for application: Monroe wants to get started in the Ministry & after a run in with a werewolf at school, he believes the ministry is discriminating against Beings and needs to show more compassion.
How did your character come into this position: Monroe applied for an intern positition in public service. It was unlikely that a hard working, intelligent young man in his position wouldn't be given a position.

Reason for application: She’s tired of being at home all the time when her kids are nearly grown.
How did your character come into this position: Hours of searching through job adds. After years of healing Demiguise, de-gnoming a whole farm, cutting her neighbours Crup litter’s tails to even raising a litter of Puffskeins when the mother was trampled by rouge Demiguise, she can easily say she has experience with animals, enough to take on a job like this.
