Actually Khaat, if no one's going to take the Head of the Department of Law Enforcement job, Marcus will take it. Only if his age isn't a problem..

Age: Twenty-five
Department Position: Department of Law Enforcement, Auror
Reason for application: He made an exceptional auror, & he will continue to now that I have returned after my long absence from PA. Hopefully, this explanation shall suffice.
How did your character come into this position: Prior to his graduation from Hogwarts, Nemo unintentionally discovered his passion for dueling as a result of having left his chaotic impulses unchecked. This revelation was shortly followed by his decision to become a member of the Ministry of Magic, and thus he received the education required for his career path of choice. Nemo later followed through with the physical examination, written examination, and general training before becoming an auror. It was only because of his quick wit and ability to get the job done when in the line of fire that his superiors overlooked his psychological dysfunctions.

Reason for application: A job is a job. Besides, he figures the danger of it might be fun.
How did your character come into this position: He just sort of fell into it, having been searching for a job in the Ministry and the person he was conversing with suggested he become an Auror - so Marcus entered training for it.

Mmm, Drop-Out but he was literally at the very end of his seventh year so he's okay-ish. He just didn't sit his exams. *shrugs*
