Silence breaks us, Silence unites us

The atmosphere was expressionless. She had no idea if the stranger was angry at all the mistery or was okay with it. It was hard to say from his tone if he meant what he said. "Dark secrets? Don't worry i have none or at least none that could affect you.." she said trying to sound relaxed. It was hard considering she was going around and around with her word not really revealing anything useful.

Mariana had the expression of considering something really hard while catching the profile of her companion from the corner of her eye. Nothing he did so far made her think he was going to do her any harm. She sighed when she made up her mind. "My name is Mariana, I guess it's only polite that you are able to adress me by my name." she said not adding anything else, she would probably do so during the talk at some point.

"I'm sorry i just try to be cautious, last time i let my guard down.." she interupted her own sentence before she would say too much. It was necessary to give some ending to the started sentence "Well let's just say it didn't go too well." she said after uncomftable few seconds. "It's nice to meet you anyway. I hope that i didn't give you an impression of someone who is hiding something Did i?" she asked insecure at her own statements.

Whight thought for a moment and said, "We all have our secrets. Everyone is hiding something from someone. But it's no business of mine. The fact that you have had an unfortunate run-in with someone and it's not something you really want to talk about is just an example."

He finally took a good look at the girl beside him but he was sure not to stare. Whighit knew she probably didn't was to reveal too much about herself but he still wanted to know a bit more. "So, what is it you do for a living?" he asked. "Getting lost in gardens can't be a normal activity for you I suppose." He gave a slight laugh at his attempt to humor.

They were now deep in the garden. Whight had never laid his eyes on anything he was seeing. Everything continued to amaze him.

The person Mariana walked with seemed more or less her age. Yet they both seemed to have a lot of bad expriiences for someone who left school only couple of years ago. "I don't mind telling secrets when they not concern anyone but me. And my life is so built that i barely have a situtation that doesn't concern a dozen of people aswell." she replied lost in her thoughts.

How long was it before the next question? Whight's voice snapped her from her thoughts. "Well i did like Herbology back at school, but no i don't wander around gardens. I was on Hogwarts on the job interview for a nurse. I am a healer. What about you? You don't look like a gardener either if i might add." she asked only now closly observing her companion once she realized she didn't do so before.

Telling order secrets for one seemed like a bad idea so she prefered to evict the subject. "You actually look like another fresh from school like me," she added quickly when she stopped observing him,
