El Águila Roja

Alex had snapped, they had taken away his one and only magnyfing glass, that was signed by, James Roday, Benedict Cumberbatch, and James Downey Jr. James Roday played Shawn Spancer, a fake Psychic detective in the show Psych, Benedict Cumberbatch had played Sherlock Holmes in the English BBC series, Sherlock, then James Downey Jr. had play Sherlock Holmes in the 2009 Sherlock Holmes movie, that was the last straw, Alex had gone crazy, so crazy, he had tooken something he hid year after year in the Hufflepuff dorm, he took the Aguila Roja Katana, with it's black sheath, he had managed to hide it, in a secret compartment he had carved under his bed, he took out it's black sheath and sword. Águila Roja, meant Red Eagle in spanish, Águila Roja was a Spanish Legend, when his wife was killed by soilders in spain, he had become Águila Roja to find the killers, and also Became a Hero. And his costume was just so F*** awesome.

Alex put on dark clothes and snuck into the Quidditch Cabinet, grabbing his own Broom, and making sure he had his wand, and strapped the Águila Roja katana to his back, he had charmed some products and had taken some products from his house incase he ever needed them, he shot up fireworks into the sky, making sure the guards had seen them and most of them rushed out seeing what it was, the Firework said 'Muggles'.

His next step was sneak to where the house elves were, he had asked where they were keeping the clothes, Alex had gone there and taken his clothes and his magnyfing glass, he desided to take more clothes of people to help them, especially his friends, he then heard guards coming, Alex sent his broom, The Scarlet Falcon to the cabinets again, while Alex took out the Katana, and stabbed the cieling, holding his sword and hanging on the cieling while he did something.

The guards came in, Alex smiled as the guards saw a the muggle sign, then suddenly they heard a fizzing noise, the noise you heard when you lit a fuse on a firework, Alex smiled as the sign blew up, and smoke came out, it was a mist bomb, so Alex could make his escape, he ran out and called for his broom again, he then blew aroung the castle seeing Rhys, wondering what she was doing there, "HEY! Rice ball! Here you go!" Alex said, dropping her suit case in front of her so she could catch it. He already had gotten rid off the other suitcases, leaving Sams, and Louis' in front of the gryffindor common room door. Lysander's front of the Common room door, and Monica's, his, and Lucy's inside the Hufflepuff Common room.

Rhys stood by the lake, having just stepped out of the water, she was dripping wet, her hair pulled back into a high bun. Her jogging clothes sat on a rock near her, and a bag with a towel in it. She saw something drop right in front of her as she went towards her stuff and gasped, half falling backwards, before looking up and seeing Alex flying above her. She frowned and went to the case that had fallen, opening it and seeing her clothes. "Alex! How did you get these?!" She gasped, looking up at him. "Get down here this instant! You have some explaining to do!" She said pointing at him and then the ground.

She closed up her trunk again, and went to her bag, pulling out a towel and wrapping it around her neck, pulling her hair out of the bun and drying it with the towel she moved her case over to her bag as she waited for Alex to come down. He seemed as though he had something to hide, or at least had done something against the rules to get her her clothes back. She hoped he hadn't risked himself for her cause though, that wouldn't be very good. She couldn't live with herself if that happened, Alex was her friend, and she didn't want him hurt! Even though he looked like he was dressed to kill someone, and that wasn't good, she just hoped he wouldn't try and kill HER... she didn't know him THAT well yet..

Alex backflipped off his broom and landed on the ground, a fist in the ground looking like he was a ninja after beating someone up, he stood up, took off his sword, his hoodie, and his shirt, until he was bare chested, "Alex! How did you get these?!" Rhys had asked, Alex looked at what he had done, broken the rules, and would probably be expelled, just because he had snapped for a stupid little magnyfing glass, BUT, a magnifying glass with famous people written on it. "Have no Idea, snapped and got mad, gotten them, and I used your idea of exploding banners."

Alex checked out and dipped his head in the water.

Rhys stared at him as he landed oddly, and then stripped down to his bare chest. She wrapped her towel around her torso, and stared at him as he dunked his head in the water. She frowned and then stared at him, sitting down on a rock near him. "So you... stole a bunch of clothes, and flew off?" She asked frowning. "You're crazy." She shook her head and ran her fingers through her hair. "You do know I was joking about the exploding socks.." She said shaking her head at him. "I can't believe you did that Alex!" She jumped forward and stood next to him, holding her towel to her body carefully. "Why did you do that? They were only clothes! I'm sure they were going to give them back to us at the end of the year.."

Moving closer to him, she shook her head. "You can't go doing stuff like that! What if you got us ALL in trouble because you grabbed our stuff? I bet you we're going to be called in because it's our stuff that's missing after you got in there..." She groaned and sat on the ground near the lake, putting her legs in the water, and sitting there, letting the towel fall back on the ground and she laid down, her feet in the gently lapping water. "You're crazy." she said putting her arm over her head, letting the sun wash down over her nearly bare body, before glancing over at him and sighing. "Absolutely crazy."

Alex had been thinking, he had done something really stupid, and they would suspect him more, because no one other than his sister could do Parkour, and his sister was more delegent, he thought about it, "I was thinking about them not seeing my face, I didn't think about anything else, I am such an idiot, I just wanted to get our stuff back, because I thought it was a stupid rule, and I had snapped when they took my most price possesion." Alex said, he then picked up the Águila Roja sword, "Family heirloom." Alex said unsheating his sword and throwing it straight, stabbing a leaf in the tree, it sticking to the tree.

He took back his sword, as his real priced possesion was his magnyfing glass, "If they come on ask, I'll admit it." He said sitting back, he then had a vision come too him using his seer power, he saw himself in the costume again, he was wondering what that meant. He looked at Rhys, he had looked at her for a while looking at her, she was beautiful, "I can't believe you did that Alex!" Rhys said sounding mad, "Some kids were happy I did it!" He said exclaiming but not shouting back.

"You can't go doing stuff like that! What if you got us ALL in trouble because you grabbed our stuff? I bet you we're going to be called in because it's our stuff that's missing after you got in there..." Rhys had said, Alex shook his head, "They didn't see my face, and I bet won't actually talk to ALL the students, and if anyone gets in trouble, I'll step up." Alex said, putting his sword back and keeping it, he was deciding wether or not to leave it in the lake.

"You're crazy. Absolutely crazy." She said, Alex stood up, not knowing if he was annoying her. "Do you want me to leave?" Alex said, for once in his life, the detective did not know what a person was thinking or not.

Rhys stared at him as he showed her the sword. "It's a beautiful sword... it is." She said nodding to it, laying back and closing her eyes, it was nice and hot and it warmed up her now slightly chilled skin. She knew he was getting agitated, but she didn't know what to think about what he had done. Sure he had managed to save her stuff, and she was pretty happy about that, but still.. he could get in trouble. "Alex... you're my friend! I just don't want you to get in trouble." She said frowning at him, and glancing towards him, seeing his eyes on her, she carefully sat back up and wrapped her towel around herself again, leaning forward slightly to look at him.

"I don't want you to leave... I'm just kinda upset.. you could have gotten in a lot of trouble, and I worry about you!" She said with a sigh. "I'm sorry.... I shouldn't be upset with you." She looked over at him and then smiled. "You should go jogging with me tomorrow.. instead of stealing things... I find it calms me down.. as you can see I'm not trying to bite you, or anything." She said, getting to hot in the towel and letting it fall off of her again, standing up and going to her bag to find her clothes again. Pulling out her spandex shorts and Quidditch t-shirt, she pulled them on, the hair tie still there from where she had had it pulled tight so it was around her abs and let her stomach breathe. She sat back down and smiled at Alex. "I think it would be beneficial for you." She said grinning. "I jog around the entire castle, then go for a swim."

Alex looked at Rhys and jumped into the water, down in the water he oppened his eyes, the lake felt nice he swam down and grabbed onto the ground, he could hold his breath for a long time here, he was looking around, seeing the giant squid, he jumped back up and got to the land, waiting for his jeans to dry. He started waving his sword, he used kendo. "Alex... you're my friend! I just don't want you to get in trouble." Rhys had said, Alex had found her to be really nice, he smiled, "I've nearly killed, and kidnapped, I have gone through my whole life getting in trouble, I know how to temporarily die." Alex told his friend/crush. Alex smiled and layed down, letting his things dry.

"I don't want you to leave... I'm just kinda upset.. you could have gotten in a lot of trouble, and I worry about you!" Rhys said, Alex was taken a bit aback, She worries about what? Alex said, he smiled and just looked at the sky as it started getting cold again, he put on his hoodie again as it got cold but took it off and said, "You want it?" Alex asked her just wondering. As Rhys said something about a Jog, Alex shrugged, "Usually, I do, I was on my way right before I snapped."

Rhys shielded her face when he jumped into the water, and she smiled, leaning back against the ground, holding herself up with her elbows and smiling as he came back up after a moment of being underwater. Then he came back pretty quickly and started to wave his sword around. "Careful with that!" She gasped, throwing her arms up and half pushing herself away from him. "I'd rather not die today!" She said laughing and standing up, grabbing her towel off the ground and stuffing it into her bag. "Temporarily die? You sound like a secret agent or something." She said laughing, her back to him, as she turned to look at him again.

"Oh, I'm fine." She said waving her hand as he offered his jacket. "I have the hoodie you made me in my bag, if I get cold I'll use it." She said grinning at him and frowning. "Well you need to go for a jog earlier, the earlier you get upset, the earlier you need to take a jog!" She said laughing. "You'll jog with me, it's a fact now." She said grinning and pointing at him. "No getting out of it, I expect you out here at six AM, daily! You gonna try out for Quidditch? I'd like to I think.. and then we could compete against each other!" she said and took up a funny ninja stance, her hands held out flat, and a huge smile on her face.

Alex sheathed his sword, he sat down, next to her, looking out at the morning foggy sky, "I have the hoodie you made me in my bag, if I get cold I'll use it." Rhys said, "Ahh, I forgot about that, and I made it, that is so funny, well, I can't wait to get back to the muggle world, and play basketball, and have my friggin phone back." Alex said meaning it, the school year had just started and Alex couldn't wait till it was summer, "We should have Detective club, even though we're wizards, and witches." Alex said, his jeans and boxers, finally dry, he looked at Rhys and hugged her.

After hugging her, she talked about talking about jogging with her, and how she was going to train him to be in Quidditch, Alex didn't really need the training but laughed, "Yes ma'am!" Alex smiled at her. "No getting out of it, I expect you out here at six AM, daily! You gonna try out for Quidditch? I'd like to I think.. and then we could compete against each other!" She had said, then took a funny ninja stance, "Talking about exersising, you need to learn karate, which I shall teach you, and I shall also teach you to FreeRun, wouldn't you like it, to be able to move around like a ninja undetected." He said, "With that Ninja stance I could do this." Alex smiled, he grabbed her and carried her, like a man carrying his wife after their wedding, he then gave her a piggy back ride, "You better hold on tight Spidermonkey." He took off in a run around the castle, a pretty fast run too.

Rhys frowned and looked at him. "Phone?" She looked at him in a weird way. "What's a phone? I know Basketball.. but I don't know what a phone is, is that muggle?" She asked laughing. "I grew up around muggles, but not to knowing what a phone is.." She laughed lightly and looked at him frowning. "A detective club? I don't know how many detectives we have in this school!" She said smirking. "We should have a Show Choir!" She grinned and rocked her head back and forth, humming (Badly). Suddenly he hugged her, and she got a little stiff. She was used to hugging people, but not people hugging her first, and it took her by surprise.

"Karate?" she looked at him, her hands falling to her sides again, but then laughed and made her stance again, kicking out lamely with her foot before frowning. "Ninja running?" She laughed loudly, throwing her head back and letting out a full out laugh. "I could never be quiet enough to be a ninja!" She smirked and then screamed when he picked her up and flung her onto his back and took off running. "Alex!" She cried out, her arms flying around his neck as he took off, it was all she could do to hold on. "What are you doing!" she laughed and tried to hide her face, "Let me down!" She shrieked, unable to keep back a laugh.
