Career Center

Hey, All,

Michael Tremaine will be dealing with the Career Center at Hogwarts as part of his professor duties.

PLEASE--go look at the list--whether you're a grad or a student.

Grads--update your information about whether or not you want to be a career mentor and in what areas you are willing to mentor.

Students--update your information about what you're looking for so that Michael can match apprentices with mentors.

Please pay special attention if you have a character who graduated this past academic year. We may have them ranked yet as a student wanting a mentor.

I will give you all 1 calendar week to do this and I will be updating this forum next Sunday, my time.

Anyway, Michael Tremaine has been hard at work redoing he Career Center, which is now located on the first floor in an office next to his Practical Magic classroom.

All Newts are encouraged to consider an apprenticeship. It does fulfil a requirement for one of the necessary Hogwart's NEWT classes, so long as the student successfully participates with his or her mentor in career related threads and sucessfully meets with Professor Tremaine. The student, of course, does need to earn a satisfactory grade in their apprenticeship.

ALL students who have posted that they wanted an apprenticeship have been given a mentor. Please go read the IC letter from Professor Tremaine to see who you are matched with.
