Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Ministry yet to act to rebuild Hogwarts Empty Ministry yet to act to rebuild Hogwarts

Months after the blunder at Hogwarts which resulted in the deaths of numerous students and members of public, the Ministry is yet to have begun working on the repair, and in some places, reconstruction, of Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry.

"Not only is this a disrespect to those who died for the defence of this ancient, well respected, school, but it's also concerning now that the next school term is only a month away," one parent has written in to the Prophet, "I'm reluctant to send my children back to school if they're going to be sleeping under the stars... and I don't mean in the Great Hall by that," wrote another.

This is just one more blow to both the school's famous reputation and to the already struggling Ministry.

With the heads of the Executive arm, and Legislative arm of Government looking ready to take a leave of absence, owing to the Head of the Wizengamot, Khaat Lupin, The Minister's daughter, approaching the peak of her pregnancy.

If these two people do end up leaving their positions, do we really want them back?

Perhaps Ms. Lupin should remain, her leadership of the Wizengamot through several Key trials has resulted in what the public wants, but many of us in the Wizarding Community seriously doubt the capabilities of Robert Lupin's Ministry.
