Could work out as you and I get into a argument and then a duel possible over you leaving the DEs. You could then maybe realize this isn't the same man who belongs in the mental ward and start trusting him? Or something like that.

I could see Sandra and Ne'Os having a sort of touch and go partnership mainly consisting of Sandra trying to manipulate him into messing around with/revealing Death Eater plans. I'd prefer to wait a while however - at this point Sandra is more likely to just apparate away from Ne'Os than she is to bother fighting him. So some time in the future, perhaps?
