((OoC Note: Sandra got her face changed to help hide herself from the DE/Ministry, as seen by her new PB. Since this thread hinges on Piper and Sandra recognizing each other however, we'll say this happened a few days before said face-change. That good?))
Sandra lifted her eyes from her drink momentarily (a feat that would've shocked even God Almighty, had he chosen to observe this particular moment) to see a young girl heading to her table with some water. Sandra smiled. A few drops of water, while seen by some to be weak, acted as an excellent tool with which to bring out some of the scotch's best flavor. Unfortunately it dulled the "burn" the scotch carried, a feeling she had come to enjoy immensely, but Sandra was sophisticated about her drinking dammit, and she would drink her scotch the proper way, with water, and not like some brainless barbarian.
And then the girl turned around and tried to go the other direction. Perfect. Sandra rolled her eyes and raised a hand, intending to demand to know why she was being ignored, until she realized that her earlier instinct had been correct - the girl was from Hogwarts.
Curious. What was a Hogwarts student doing serving drinks in Knockturn alley? Especially at this bar of all places - surely there were more reputable places for young women of this day and age to work. She didn't look like a dropout, and Sandra decided she didn't look dirty enough to have been thrown out of her house. So what...
Suddenly, the girl was cornered by the creepy bartender, given a mug of something, and told to drink up. Sandra smiled. She was working her way to some alcohol. Tut tut. So young. She looked hesitant though, and Sandra couldn't blame her - aside the scotch, the stuff they served here was horrid.
"Dawson," she drawled, speaking to the bartender. "Please. You're insulting me by feeding her that piss. Do you honestly expect her to drink it?" She made a 'come hither' motion towards the girl, and with a wave of her wand summoned a small glass. "Come here. Sit down. You're going to learn how to Drink today my dear, and yes, that's Drink with a capital D." She poured some of the scotch into the glass and tapped the edge with her wand. "Aguamenti." A few drops of clear water fell from the tip of her wand and into the scotch, which she then handed to the girl. "There we go, a drink for a proper lady. Bottoms up," she said with a smile, downing the scotch still remaining in her glass.
