Damien merely nodded at his sister's words. He had been told the same for too long. His mother, and then his sister, and when he reads the books explaining the laws of the Ministry. He could not wait for graduation and entrance into the Ministry. He alone could effect some necessary change to some of the ridiculous laws, he felt sure about it. Fifteen was too young an age to be. It was a contradiction though. Too many times, Damien wanted to be treated like a baby. He wanted someone to pay attention to him, to love him, to treat him like a mother would. Perhaps that was why Pricilla left him. Who could stand mothering their partner? Times like these, however, Damien wanted to be an adult. He wanted to change the world to suit his preferences, and he thought that only grown-ups can possess such powers.
Damien was not surprised when he heard Alexis mutter that she knew about his aspiration to join the ranks of the Death Eaters. It was one of the many stereotypical choices of a Slytherin, and Damien knew it, but he saw nothing wrong in taking that same path. It made Slytherins special, he thought. Damien waited for some reproach, expecting that his Ravenclaw sister would not agree with his views. Oddly, she did not seem to mind them. Damien could not help but feel a sort of relief. At least he could be spared of possible naggings and preachings, something which his mother had began to give him.
At Alexis' answer about dark spells, Damien grinned. "Xisssy, of course I know them! That's another rule that should be change, you know, from the Ministry. Well, perhaps just one Unforgivable - Avada Kedavra. The other two sounds so fun. Pity I can't try it on anyone. But, no, sis. I was wondering if you knew others. Ah, well. " He figured that his sister probably knew the Hogwarts curriculum really well, being a Ravenclaw. He would resort to others for the naughty spells, perhaps. Damien had his eyes set on Athena Goyle. He knew she knew a lot more than a common Slytherin, let alone a common Hogwarts student. With a hopeful look, Damien smiled at his sister, not sharing what he thought though.
