Jess had been studying a map of the Hogwarts grounds almost endlessly over the last half a week when the call he'd been both waiting for, and dreading the arrival of finally came through.
At first he'd not known what was happening, feeling the searing hot pain start to burn in his pocket he gasped and slapped at his leg, feeling around until he realised what was causing the pain.
The coin.
Jack's coin.
This was it.
Without pausing to think he stuck his wand out, sending a multitude of ghostly patronuses forth, all sending the same message "Urgent. Assemble at Grimmauld Place"
Of course he'd not sent one to the Lupins and their cohort, or to James, after the last meeting he didn't know where they stood, and didn't want to involve them, or tip them off to something that was happening.
And regardless, Wilson was there, and he'd not sent any word of an impeding assault to Jess, and while that could simply mean that Jack was exaggerating the situation, Jess somewhat doubted that could be the case.
Still, now was the time to attack, regardless, chances were things had finally broken out in the school, but even if they hadn't Jess and his people would be taking the school tonight, with or without a proper motivation.
Entering the kitchen he was pleased to see that everyone had already arrived, having received their invitations as he'd walked down the stairs.
"We all know the plan, don't we?" He asked seriously, not bothering to take his seat as he planned to be out of there as soon as possible.
"If anyone has any objections, or problems, I need to know right now," he told them all.
