Mariana even smiled which wasn't really the thing she often did at these occasions. "Yes we have a lot of other stuff in common. Do you know that in a month is my uncle's 29th aniversary so to call it. I didn't know him in person, but they say he was a brave one. I wonder how he was? Wish i knew him in person." she said totally random. it just occured to her now that they were here. "If you want go salute him, but i just ... i think i'll stay here." she said still a bit lost in her thoughts.

Jess smiled at the boys and nodded at what Andrew said. "I think everyone finds each other, particularly at events such as this," he mumbled absentmindedly, shaking his head almost imperceptibly and looking behind him as he heard a voice. "Please boys, excuse me," he said, smiling politely and turning on his heel, walking over to Soph and Mari.

"Hello," he said to them as he approached, waving to the both of them. "It's good to see you both here," he said warmly, hugging Mari and giving her a light kiss on the cheek when he reached her. "29 years?" He asked, picking up on the last part of their conversation. "Yes, I hear the same thing about your uncle quite often, I would certainly do the same, if I met him," he told her with a smile. "Lest we forget," he murmured.
