Character Name: Joseph "Joe" Lonvellion

Alliance: Wanted to be a Death Eater at first, but is begged to be good by his sister.
History: After Joe was born, he was given away by the Ravenquists because they couldn't afford to keep track of and care for another werewolf child. Brienne was younger and female, and they mistakenly thought that it would make her weaker and easier to handle. Actually, Joe was the weaker twin, but the misogyny and the fact Brienne was born a few seconds later was what lead them to believe he'd be stronger. He shares some of his interests and such with his sister, but never really met her in person. He only heard of her from stories told by the Lonvellion family who took him in. Of course, they were all warped to make him believe that his sister was bad. However, it backfired in that he was looking forward to meeting his sis someday, so he turned evil in case the stories were true. He practiced Dark Arts and looked forward to the age where he could become a Death Eater. Why he was told the stories of Brienne that demonized her? They wanted him to not look for her. They didn't even tell him her name or what she looked like.
Because Joe didn't want ridicule, he tried learning a spell which would turn his wolf ears human and diminish his tail. However, the spell only works for a couple hours and has to be reapplied. He soon gave up on that, and started to hide his ears with fancy hats. Because of this, he has a fascination with hats. Soon, he forgot what he really was, and started just wearing the hats for fun. Gradually, he forgot what he was looking for.
Personality:
Interests/Likes: Falconry, hats, hunting, UFOs and aliens, the unexplained, video games, reading, writing, science, art, music, technology, snow.
Dislikes: Cities, cats (they try to eat his birds if they're small enough), hot days, homework, uptight people, having to abide by certain rules, discrimination, potions, having to take medicine.
Strengths: Intelligent, brave, outgoing, thinks things through and takes his time, is good at charms like his sister.
Weaknesses: Lazy, sometimes too slow, not very strong (his sister can wrestle him down and make him eat dirt if she wanted him to), can be bleeding-hearted if something concerns birds or people who are sick, not very good at math, not good at potions.
Plot: Brienne's long lost fraternal twin brother. Given away by the Ravenquists after he was born. Stan Kumar-Greyback's best friend. Can have connections with others as discussed with other members that are okay with it.
Play By: Simon Helberg
Anything Else: He is a werewolf, who also has the ears and tail like Brienne. However, his are white, and the ears are abnormally long. (Granted, the playby doesn't have mutations (of course), but the character doesn't have to look EXACTLY like him, right?) Joe also falls in love with Brienne, at first, due to genetic attraction. However, once he learns that she is his sister, and that she is taken, he's a bit mopey.
Roleplayer Preferences: Someone who doesn't mind periods of inactivity (My IRL life is chaos), someone who doesn't mind playing creatures and can do it well (there are a lot of people who have creature characters that don't BEHAVE the way the creatures are supposed to).
