Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Post by Jaquellene Jack Dyllan Mon Mar 28, 2011 7:51 pm

So, sorry about my absence this weekend. I had 2 percussion competitions (got 1st in both) and then had mountains of homework. I have percussion Championships this Saturday, a church thing on Friday, and probably another homework day Sunday, but then there's no more percussion.

On the 8th, I have the talent show to attend to (as in I get to produce and run it. Yay...)

And then the 11th-13th I have play rehearsal. 13th and 14th I have performance. We got to festival 15th and 16th.

Besides that, though, I'm not sure about my activity. I sort of had a mini breakdown today when my teacher sort of crushed my dreams and pushed me down and whatnot. I'm currently at home recooperating from a dreadful day. Between trying to raise my grades, CST prep (I usually don't care but we can raise letter grades by getting better grades and since I don't have a math this year I need help), AP test prep, writing another play, preparing for festival, transitioning from winter show to concert band, raising money for summer trips, and looking at colleges... I'm just glad I haven't completely snapped.

So if I'm not as active or my RPing isn't to its usual degree, I apologize. I'm hoping it'll all get better soon.

Oh Jackles. You poor thing. Just do what you love, trust in yourself, and make time for yourself. That is the recipe for success and happiness. Everything else is just background noise.

I'll be here waiting when you get back Smile
