cassidy finished and smiled feeling satified and full the baby now settled inside her . she looked at clay as she smiled taking his hand and walked down the street to a shop she saw baby things in she stopped and looked at them " I don't know what I need " she said and looked at him worried " I honostly don't know what we would need " she moved to hold him tight around his waist.

"Well just simple things, cloths, a crib, a high chair, toys," Clayton whispered putting an arm around her taking a step forward towards the store. "I'm sure it will be easy." he kissed her on the head then pulled her into the store. he looked around and took Cassidy over to the clothes section. "I'm sure you'll find clothes for our baby that you like. I'll be right back," then he walked away to look at the cribs. his goal was to find a crib he deemed safe for his child. he looked for a few minutes then went back to cassidy.

cassidy looked at the clothes the sleep suits and blankets small tee shirts she saw the dresses and sighed she wished she knew what she was having but had decided not to know she puleld out some yellow and green sleep suits and a simileer blanket with a small pair of booties she stood looking at them then her tummy wondering just what it would be like. Cassidy smiled as she saw Clay walking back " I got these " she said and showed him " guess thats all we can do till its born" she said gently rubbing her tummy lightly. She moved to the counter and paid for them the asistant placed them in a bag for her along with a book about prenancy, child birth and child care. " we give it free to all our new mothers " she said with a warm smile " its very useful" cassidy smiled and moved to Clay wrapping her arm around his waist " did you find one you liked?" she asked.

"they are cute," Clayton said and walked with her to the counter. “no but we will find one.” he picked up the bag with the book sleeper and blanket. “Good day miss,” he said to the lady who worked there and walked away with his arm around Cassidy. Once out side he asked ,”where to next? Anywhere special you wanna go?” he keep walking as he asked these questions. She may know more around Paris then he did. “I’m sorry I don’t know my way around. Last time i was here it was for business. Stayed in the hotel the whole time.”

Cassidy looked around and sighed " can we go back to the hotel Im feeling tired" she said and rested against him hevily " I think the added weight isn't helping " he said she could feel her ankels like water ballons around her feet as she moved with him down the road. She looked up at him and smiled she felt like a small girl safe and loved in his arms, strange thought that was since she nevr felt it in her fathers arms and her mother left them when she was able to stand at a sink.

"If that’s what you really want though we just started shopping," Clayton whispered and kissed her on the forehead. "are you sure you want to go back already?" he stopped walking and looked at her a little worried. she got tired so quickly and it made him think something was wrong. "or should I take you to jess to have cheek and see if you and the baby are okay? I don't think you should be getting tired so easily." he looked around then said "come on we are going back. " he started walking back to the hotel where he would send an owl to Jessica.

Jessica had heard Clay and Cassidy were in paris and had decided to stop by and see them she knew cassidy must be showing and also worried. So to put her mind at ease she thought she would drop by. She found out where they were staying and waited down in the lobby, she smiled as she saw them return but then fround a little as she walked over. " hello again clay, cassidy. " she said " casidy your looking realy tired " she said as she walked up to their room.


Cassidy saw Jessica and smiled " some times I think she's amkind reader , don't you clay" she said and hugged Jessica then moved back to clay. " im fine I just ned a little rest " she said as they moved up to her room and she sat on the couch at the end of the bed.

Jessica nodded " I know cassidy, ow and congratulations on your wedding both of you" she said smiling to them . She pleced her hands on cassidys tummy and sighed " you realy should drink plently of water your dehydrated and you iron counds way down" she sighed and shook hr head " and girkings /pickles don't count as fresh veg , good salads and fresh fruit whether you like it or not " she said then looked at Clay she's fine mother could do with some iron in her diet and plenty of water to drink, but baby , she's doing fine , ow she says lay off the pickles " she said and chuckled loking at them both.

Clayton was a little relived to see Jessica waiting for them at the hotel."Hello Jessica," he said. "yeah i think she is," he said smileing down at cassidy. in the room he sat next to cassidy his arm around her shoulders. hearing they were both okay made Clayton relax a lot. "Sorry i think the pickles are my fault. she asks for them with ice cream and i give it to her," he said quietly slightly blushing. Jessica said she a lot and it made Clay wonder, "Is it a girl?" he asked as he stood up to go get cassidy a bottle of water. he opened it for her as he sat back down on the sofa.

Jess looked at Clay and smiled " would you like to know ?" she asked moving him to sit with Cassidy. She placed a potion in a cup and let Casidy drink it " this will balance out your iron difisancy and this " she held up another cup " should stop the craving for pickles and return your apitite " she said and sat with her she looked at cassidy " if you want to know I can tell you?" she said smiling to them both.

"Only if cass dose," Clayton said watching as she drank the potions, "Do you want to know? it would make shopping easier." it was evident that clay wanted to know but he wouldn't let Jessica tell him if Cassidy didn't want to know. he couldn’t keep a secret from her for to long. he was having problems keeping his plans for dinner a secret. he let her lean against him as he kissed her on the head and waited for her answer.
Clayton had been hoping the baby was a girl though he tried not to tell Cassidy that. he wanted a little girl he could spoil and treat like the little princess she would be in his eyes. though he'd let her be a tomboy if that was what the little girl wanted.
