From one vampire to the other, nice to meet you!

Sophia walked throug the crowded street of Hogsmeade going towards the three broomsticks for a nice butterbeer. Walking what she thought her normal speed she pushed her way through the crowded street. Saying hi to a couple of people as she passed by she smiled. As she fianlly reached the three broomsticks she pushed opened the door as the bell tinkled above her but she simply ignored it. Walking up towards the bar she gave the bar tender a soft warm smile. "Can I have one butterbeer please?"Sophia asked him softly as he nodded.

As her chocolate brown eyes looked around for a place to sit she found her favortie place by the window was opened and smiled. As the bar tender set her down down she gotten out her money and laid it down on the bar. "Keep the rest as tip."said Sophia giving him a soft warm smile. As she walked over towards her table she sat down and looked out the window as and sighed, As she looked out the window she smiled as she seen students walking with their friends having fun.

Ryo walked around Hogsmeade not knowing where to go. He avoided contact with everyone as usual. He finally walked up to The Three Broomsticks hoping to get away from the crowded streets.

"Can i have one butterbeer, please?" he asked the bartender as he walked toward him.

When the bartender gave him the butterbeer he put his hand in his back pocket and rummaged around for his money. He took it out and handed it to the bartender.

"Thanks, keep the rest as a tip..." he said smiling.

Suddenly he sensed that there was another vampire present. Oh please don't let this one be like the other one i met.... boy was she weird.. he thought as he looked around to find the other vampire.

He walked over to her when he found her. He wasn't sure whether to talk to her or not. But he thought that if he didn't say anything and just stood there, she would think that he was some weirdo. So he decided to talk.

"Hello, mind if I sit with you?" he asked politely.

As he stood there waiting for a response she looked her over. She didn't seem like she was like the other girl. But looks can be deceiving... he thought. He always had bad experiences with people, especially other vampires. Someone looks kind but they really want to kill you. So now Ryo doesn't trust anyone by just their looks.

Sophia shot her attnetion off the window and turned to a boy who looked like a fifth year and gave him a soft warm smile. "Of course, I can always use the company."said Sophia softly senseing that he was enough vampire and smiled. Sophia didn't know of many vampires ot her then her, her father,Samantha, her sister and Daniel she was glad she knew more exsisted. Not many people knew she was a vampire but the ones that did could barely tell for she acted human all the time. "Oh so rude of me I'm Sophia, Sophia Lestrange."said Sophia sticking out her hand for him to shake. Sophia was glad he was a vampire that way she didn't have to explain why she was so cold.

Ryo smiled back at Sophia and sat down.

"My name is Ryo, Ryo Hiroku. Nice to meet you." he said shaking her hand.

He didn't notice that her hand was cold since his was as well. Ryo's head suddenly started to hurt, but he didn't do anything about it. This happened to him only when he was near vampires, he hated it but there was nothing he could to about it. He quickly took his hand away from Sophia's because of the pain.

"Do you mind if i call you Soph?" he asked her. " So Soph, what are you doing here in Hogmeade?" he added.

His head was starting to hurt even more, but he tried to ignore it. Even thought he had just met Sophia he already felt comfortable being there with her. He thought about the pain he felt now. He knew that after a while of being with the same person it would go away. So he just smiled at Sophia.

As he introduce himself Sophia smiled at him. "Nice to meet you Ryo, that's a interesting but cool name."said Sophia softly. Sophia could tell something was bothering by the look in his eyes. "What's wrong Ryo?"Sophia asked him as her eyes turned a gold color which meant worry. Sophia felt like he was hurting but she wondered why for when Sophia was around vampire she nevered hurt or anything. As he asked if he could call her Soph she nodded. "Yeah sure, alot of people call me that or Sophi."said Sophia softly but honestly. When he asked what she was doing here she shrugged. "I come here to visit my friends and get a butterbeer and walk around here for this is the closest thing I have to Hogwarts left."said Sophia saoftly. "So Ryo how long have you been a vampire for?"Sophia asked him softly as she took a drink of her butterbee r.

"Oh, it's nothing my head just hurts. Don't worry it'll go away. he told her still smiling."This always happens when i mean a vampire." he added noticing that Sophia's eye color changed.

Huh, my eyes change too but i haven't had a reason for them to change. Since my parents died and everything he thought getting sad, then his eyes changed color as well to a blue green color. He looked at Sophia as she said that she had come to Hogsmeade to visit friends.

"My whole life.... I was born a vampire. he told her with a face of disgust. "I personally don't like being a vampire. Everyone treats me differently when they find out. That's why when i came to Hogwarts i decided to hide it from everyone..." he added getting mad.

This time his eyes changed to a dark red. He looked at his butterbeer and took a sip from it. He didn't say anything else and just looked at Sophia.

Sophia looked at him and nodded. "That's weird though, my head never hurts when I'm near another vampire it must only be for vampires who were born as one."said Sophia ssoftly. "I was turned into a vampire when I was fifteen when I had to serve detention in the forest."said Sophia shivering at the memory. " Although I do miss being human."said Sophia as her eyes turned a purple color. Sophia looked at him and nodded. "Ugh... I know what you mean, just because were vampires they have to judge us!"said Sophia angrily as her eyes turned a blood red with anger. "Calm down Sophia, don't let your Lestrange magic show!"said Sophia softly to herself calming down.

"Yes, i know it must seem weird to you..." he said his eyes still red."That must have sucked.... being turned into a vampire must have been a bad experience..." he added his eyes starting to change back to normal."I wish i was human sometimes... being a vampire has been really tough for me..." he added softly. He looked at Sophia with a sheepish smile."Sorry for dropping the story of my life on you like this. he said putting his hand on the back of his head."But sometimes i wish had never been born to my parents.... and sometimes i'm grateful because being a vampire has gotten me out of some really tight spots." he added.

Sophia shook her head. "Nah not anymore, but believe me when I first became one it was really weird for me."said Sophia softly. Sophia nodded. "Yeah it did, for some of my friends denined me after that and it was an horrible experience the pain was overwhelming."said Sophia remembering the vampire venom going through her body like poison. "I think it was the most painful thing that I ever went through in my life."said Sophia softly. Sophia nodded when he said being a vampire has really been tough on him. "I bet, I can't can imagine what it will be like to be a vampire all your life and not able to feel your own heart beat or ever be warm."said Sophia softly. "At lease I got to experience that some before I was turned."said Sophia softly but sadly.

Sophia shook her head. "Oh no it's ok, I was dropping information about my life as well so I don't mind."said Sophia giving him a soft warm smile. Sophia nodded. "Yeah being a vampire I got out of alot of tight spots and alot of death situations as well!"said Sophia softly. "Sometimes it's good be a vampire but sometimes it sucks for your always cold and you can't stay out in the sunlight that long!"said Sophia softly.

Ryo smiled at Sophia."Yeah it does.... I hate having to be inside when its a warm and sunny day. It really sucks when you want to got out and play with your friends and you can't. he said sadly. "But it really doesn't bother me, considering i don't have friends to hang out with. he added looking down. Well, she is the only one who understands me, considering she's a vampire too. he thought looking back up at Sophia, his smile gone.
