Felix watched her as she whimpered and stared at him. Nothing, only a small whimper here and there, and he could feel the hatred bubbling up inside of him. Stupid people like her, the ones who always got all of the attention, all of the glory. Whenever he had tried to be nice to someone, he was shot down, abused, told that he was stupid, pathetic, and didn't deserve to be like THEM! He had come to hate THEM, the heroes with their wonderful tales of winning against the person who was always bad. The person who was always HIM. He was the bad person, not because he chose to be, but because THEY had made him. And now, he felt sweet satisfaction, and also a fleeting stab of panic, as she flung herself at him, and he tumbled backwards.
He could feel her nails ripping into his skin, and he savored the feeling of the pain, realizing that he could very well let her kill him right now. Let her take over, let her win, and he wouldn't have to deal with the heroes anymore. He wouldn't have to deal with the people who were always right, the people who made his only escape from THEM, to come here.. here of all places. The place he hated to love. THEY had forced him here, and now SHE was attacking HIM for doing what her kind had taught him to do. They had shown him how to hate, they had shown him that he was dirt, and that he didn't matter at all. And now, she hated him, because she had made him. He was her worst fear, because he had hurt her, it could all be over in a few minutes.
But instead, Felix raised one hand, and snapped, and Hyde the Siberian Husky/Wolf, flung himself at the raging woman on top of Felix.
