Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Halloween Story - Page 2 Empty Re: Halloween Story

The moon was full and bright on this chilly Halloween night as the wind howled sounding like ghosts. The little band of cleverly costumed trick or treaters made their way down the street, laughing and chattering, and examining the treasures in their goody bags. Going house to house and saying trick or treat they stopped at a big mansion house that looked creepy looking and knocked on the door. An old man came out dressed as Captain Jack Sparrow came to the door and smiled at them. "How good it is to see such brave children," the man exclaimed. "But are you all brave enough to find the Halloween treasure that awaits you...inside?" He opened the door wide and motioned them to enter. Some of the children hesitated knowing that the house was famed for being haunted and some approached the door.

Willie, the 8 year old boy, ran upstairs, his fear getting the better of him straight away. Sarah, the 7 year old, raced through the house, into the kitchen, looking for a back door, while Desmond, Willie's twin brother, ran into a side room, a library, and began trying to unlock a large window.

After running upstaris, Willie ran towards the closeest room he saw. He ran in and shut also locking the door behind him and looked around the room for an opening.

The only opening he saw was a window on the other side of the room. He raced to the window, threw open the tattered curtains to see the window was nailed shut. His heart pounding in fear, he began searching for a place to hide. As he shoved a nightstand away from the large 4 poster bed, he heard a sliding sound. He looked and saw that by moving the nighstand, he had opened a secret passageway behind the armoire on the other side of the room.
