I told you we'd see each other again

Christy looked at him curiously. She wasn't one to question someone when they said something like that with her getting visions. "We can stay in here Emil, don't worry." she replied caressing his cheek with her hand. "Trust me I'll believe you, it probably wouldn't be a good idea so we can stay right here." She seemed very accepting of what he had said and willing to work around it. "Come on lets at least get you something to eat alright." she finished with a smile.

"What would you like to eat?" she asked looking at him curiously, knowing full well she was craving some fruits and veggies like she normally did.

"Sure, that'd be great", Emil said. "Instead of going outside to eat, we can stay in and dine, while we read some books. Or, rather, you read to me". He was fond of people reading to him, especially if it was a book that he'd enjoy, but have difficulty reading otherwise.

"I'm in the mood for something salty, like pizza with a lot of pepperoni", he replied, "but, I'll be willing to have whatever you want to have, it doesn't have to be pizza. That's just what I crave, and my cravings aren't always good for my loved ones. I don't want you getting a heart attack because of me".

"I highly doubt you would give me a heart attack." she said laughing. She usually ate very healthily but pizza did sound like a good choice to, just without the pepperoni. "How about half pepperoni and half cheese?" she asked looking at him. She had to laugh at him wanting her to read to him. It was like a kid wanting a bedtime story, "Thats fine you pick out a book and I'll come back with the pizza and something to drink." she said with a smile.

She turned to walk out of the room, "I'll be back." she said as she desended the stairs down into the kitchen. She couldn't cook, but the house elves could so she told them what she wanted and waited til it was finished and grabbed a couple of sodas and plates and took it back upstairs to him. "Find anything interesting?" she asked looking at him.

"A compromise? Half pepperoni and half cheese? Okay, we can do that", Emil said, smiling. He scanned the book shelf, and he got to a rack with a bunch of romance novels on it. Normally, he wouldn't like romance novels that much. However, he chose one he thought he liked, but hoped that Christy wouldn't mind. On the cover was two girls.

"I found something!" He said, going over to the couch, and opening the book, showing the cover to Christy in the process. He hoped that she wouldn't get mad, that she'd be able to read it to him.

Christy sat the pizza and sodas down on the table and looked at him holding up the book, "Um.." she said looking at him blushing, "Can we not read that?" she asked looking at him biting her lip. She had hoped he wouldn't have found that out of her books but he had. She picked up the book from him and put it back on the shelf. She would never admit to even herself that she liked girls somewhat and now Emil had found her books.

"Christy? Something wrong?" Emil said. He looked concerned. He picked another book from the shelf, it was another romantic book, but it was a hetero couple. Again, he didn't much like romance stories, but he figured that these were appropriate since this was kind of a date. "I'm not into these types of stories normally, but this is a date and I feel in the mood for one", he said, "but I wonder why you were embarrassed when I pulled out that book..." He didn't want to pry, but he was curious.

"Its nothing." she said looking at him, Dear god what have I gotten myself into? she wondered looking at him. She hoped he wouldn't pry but how was she supposed to explain that one to him. "Its a book about a lesbian couple." she said looking at him. "I get kind of curious I...I guess at times." she said looking at him.

"Curious? Christy, you didn't tell me that. Can I make a confession as well? I....I get curious too. I've fantasized about boys, what it'd be like to be with another man. I fantasized about Daniel, admittedly, before I met and really got to know you. His innocence drew me to him", Emil replied, blushing. "You set me straight, though, no pun intended". He did fantasize about Daniel a few times before he got to know Christy. He'd loved the innocent vibe he got him him, and how adorable he was when he was wet with sea-water.

"Oh really?" she asked smiling. Now she had something against him that he had against her. That made them on even ground. It wasn't such a bad thing then but she still wouldn't admit it to anyone else. "I don't know that I've fantasized about someone I know but I have about just random girls." she said looking at him. "I don't know why but it was always someone I didn't know."

She laughed a little. She sat him straight huh? "Maybe I should just show you how straight you can really be." she said smirking mischeviously, her grin seductive as she stood on her tip toes and kissed him on the lips.

"I bet I can tell you why you don't fantasize about people you know," Emil answered, "Because you know them, and that would be just awkward. Your mind knows how to prevent awkward situations. It's not only handy, but that's a good thing too. I mean, people you know are supposed to be friends, and that would be really awkward, not being able to look them in the eyes without that feeling".

He grinned as well, "What are you suggesting we do? Hm?"
