It was one of those days that it was hard to forget. A day that beat all other days. It was one of the longest days of the year. Aurora loved the longest day of the year alot. It was always perfect outside. Not to hot and not to cold. The sun was usually always shining on this glorious day and there were always some type of bird or bug singing early in the morning light.
The singing of the bugs and of the birds was Aurora's favorite things. She loved hearing the soft, quick chirp of some birds and the piercing long sqwaks of others. She also loved the quick or slow beat that the crickets made when they were singing. It was something to always remember.
Aurora used to always sit outside with her family on the longest day of the year. That was a time her god-father would take out his guitar and play a beautiful song. It was one of those really old outdoors songs that some people sang as small children. He would play that song while the animals were singing and That made it sound really cool. With her god-fathers beautiful voice, the sound of the guitar playing, and the music of the birds and bugs in the background, they were all in perfect harmony with eachother.
Those days were of many things that young Aurora would always remember. It made her cry sometimes to remember these things then think of how her life has changed since. She remembered moving far away to live close to her god-parents brothers and sisters. That was the end of their fun on the longest day of the year.
This beautiful day, Aurora was wearing a blue Tee-shirt that said 'Go Girl' on the back and a pair of black skinny jeans. She usually never wore skinny jeans but hence the special occasion of course she would wear skinny jeans.
While outside Aurora wanted to goto The lake and hang there for a while so she could just relax and enjoy this one rememorable day.
