Here We Go Again

Julia blinked as Scorpius said nothing, he seemed to hold a strong dislike towards Arthur. But he was a great guy, and, if anything, Scorpius should have been happy for Julia. Instead, he looked somewhat disgusted. She thought that Scorpius had lost feelings for her at the Valentine's Dance, because it was a disaster, Julia had mainly blamed Melanie and Elijah for that. All of these "signs" were telling Julia that maybe Scorpius still had feelings for her, or perhaps got back in touch with them when he saw her, like in Julia's case. Or he could just simply be acting like a real Malfoy and not even care about her partner. Either way, Julia needed to find out the answer. Maybe she could suck up enough courage to ask him when they went back to the room.

"Oh, will she be in the other room or is the extra bed in her room?" Julia asked, not wanting to come across Suzannah; especially when she was in bed asleep. The girl would hate Julia even more than she already did. She didn't even know why Suzannah hated her, she assumed it was because Julia was a half blood, or because she was closer to Scorpius than Suz probably was. Julia finished off the last of her firewhiskey and set her glass on the table, craving more. She didn't want to get another drink, because she knew she wouldn't be able to stop if she did, so she just resisted the urge. "Well, that doesn't even matter, we'll probably be talking the whole night, anyway. It's definitely going to be a great time" She nodded.

"So, it's getting late, do you want to head back to your room?" Julia yawned, though she had no intentions on sleeping just yet.

Scorpius was glad they had ended that conversation with Arthur. Scorpius guessed he might of liked the guy if he had actually met him. As it was, he didn't possess a disliking for Arthur, since he had never met him. He just disliked the fact that Julia was dating. It didn't really matter to him who it was, he was just very overprotective of his friend. Or perhaps it was just something else. He had had something like a crush on her since first meeting her, though their relationship hadn't exactly gone the way he would have liked. It was strange, usually it was quite easy for Scorpius to get any girl he fancied, but it was harder with Julia. And Rose, and Lily... He wasn't sure why it was like that, perhaps he just liked the hard to get girls more, the 'forbidden fruit' if you like.

"Well if shes not lying down on the floor drunk, I guess she would be in her own room," Scorpius informed Julia. He wasn't even just saying that to be mean to Suzannah, he was 50 percent sure that she had drank a bottle or two of firewhiskey or something like that, and he also doubted that she was up there alone, though he would hardly mention that to Julia. "Yeah," he agreed, watching as she drained the last of her firewhiskey. Without asking her, he got up and went to get some more. A moment later, he came back with a whole bottle in his hand, grinning. He did wonder what his mother and father would do if they found out he had been drinking. They knew Suzannah did it often, but Scorpius was meant to be the mature and smart one. They would probably give him hell for it, but then again, he didn't care much.

"Yeah, I'd rather not stay down here," Scorpius agreed, looking around at the mob of drunk people now, all making a lot of noise. It was very irritating. "Come on," he said, picking up both their glasses and the bottle. He then lead her two stories up, where their rooms were located.

"...Laying on the floor drunk" Great, nothing could possibly be better than waking up to a hungover Suzannah, it was bad enough Julia had to wake up to her already. But she knew nothing would go wrong, and if anything did, Scorpius would be there for her. Julia tried to imagine Suzannah passed out on the floor, drool pooling out of her mouth, with a half-empty bottle of firewhiskey in her hands; she smiled at the thought. Perhaps she would write all over the girl's face, and blame it on the maids- that would be fantastic. But she knew that she would never do that, that was just straight up immature, and Julia didn't want to start another controversy between them. She would definitely need a better relationship with Scorpius' twin if... No. That wouldn't happen, Julia wouldn't let it.

Internally changing the topic, Julia looked up at Scorpius, who was now handling a full bottle of firewhiskey. Great, now she was never going to be able to stop. But that wouldn't be a problem, especially if Scorpius was drinking with her. Or maybe that could be a bad thing, she doubted it, but she wondered what would happen if the two were sitting drunk in Scorpius' bedroom. There were many possibilities, all too far-fetched, but so easy to reach with a few more glasses of alcohol. "Same here" She said, following Scorpius to the second floor and in the room he lead her in.

Julia looked around the room as she stepped inside, immediately searching for Suzannah, but not seeing her anywhere. She sighed in relief and pulled off the black cardigan she had been wearing over her dress, and draped it over a chair. "So which one's your room?" She asked, referring to the two doors on the wall facing them.

Their room wasn't exactly too tidy. Scorpius and Suzannah weren't used to keeping their own rooms clean and the cleaners hadn't cleaned the room yet. So there was a lot of mess everywhere: plates here and there, books scattered all over the place, Scorpius' broom, food and there was also a half empty Heineken bottle. His assumption had been right then, Suzannah had been drinking, though at least she had found her way to the bedroom. He looked at that as he walked over to his room, but he doubted they would need it. He had brought a whole bottle of firewhiskey with him after all.

"The one on the right," Scorpius answered. Or was it left? It really depended on the perspective, and he had never really been good at that. Whatever though. He lead Julia over to Suzannah's room first, and gently opened the door. Good, she was sleeping. He then moved to the other room, and closed the door behind them. There was a medium sized bed here, a closet, some drawers, and a small table and chair. Not much else really, but if they got bored they could just watch a movie in the main room on the television. Some inventions of muggles were brilliant, and the TV was one of them. Cars were the other. If they got bored that is, they might entertain themselves by just chatting or through other stuff, but Scorpius wasn't too optimistic. Besides, he didn't want to make Julia do something she didn't want to.

"So have you done your shopping for Hogwarts yet?" he asked, trying to make conversation. He then went over and sat on the bed and poured some firewhiskey in one glass, then filled the other and put the bottle on the table. "Cause if you haven't we could always go to Diagon Alley tommorow. I still have some shopping to do. That is, if you can handle Suzannah..." Though his twin and him didn't get along well, outside of hogwarts, they genereally always stayed together, like they were glued together.

The main room, needless to say, was a mess. There were dishes on the tables, books spread all over the floor, and clothes hung over the furniture. It didn't bother her much, but Julia was usually used to her bedroom being neat and tidy. She was usually the one to tidy around her bedroom, as well as her bathroom, though sometimes her mother would make her bed every once in a while; the rest of the house was, basically, her parent's problem. Julia was never spoiled growing up, she actually grew up fairly poor, but when her father inherited the family company, their income gradually became larger. Now, her house was close to a mansion, and she lived like a princess, in her perspective- though her parents were never usually home, she simply had to enjoy it all on her own.

"Oh," Julia said, following Scorpius as he lead her to one of the doors. She could plainly hear the light snoring of someone in the room that he opened, and assumed it was Suzannah. She was sound asleep, and probably drunk, judging by the few bottles scattered on the floor. This would certainly make things more enjoyable, they could chat or watch a movie in peace, without the constant nagging of Suz. Julia followed Scorpius to his room and looked around that also. It was a bit cleaner than the living room, but there were still various articles of clothing spread across the floor. "Well, this is nice," She said, shutting the door behind her, "I don't think we'll be needing the bed, though" She giggled, "We're probably not going to be getting any sleep." She took the glass from his hand and thanked him, before sitting on the bed next to him and sliding off her shoes, which made a thud once they hit the floor. She ran her hand through her hair, loosening up the hairspray which kept her hair together.

"I'm pretty sure I got everything," Julia noted, "but I could still tag along with you if you'd like" She smiled, though she didn't enjoy to be with Suzannah, shopping, for the day, it was another excuse to stay with Scorpius all day. "I'm sure I could channel her out, that's what I usually do during classes." She laughed. Julia took a sip of her drink, already beginning to feel the buzz coming over her; this would be her last glass... for now.
