The sky seemed awfully dark for the time at hand. It was around midday, yet the sky and clouds seemed to have a certain gray to them. Rain perhaps? It was most likely that, as it had rained too often at London. An odd observation. Yet for Andrew Thompson, he really didn't mind the somewhat darkness. He liked the rain, and apprently his girlfriend did as well. But she was not there with him at that moment, most likely at their apartment watching TV. It was a pretty hectic time for the both of them and they really needed a way out, a way to just relax again.
So Andrew had traveled to a coffee shop that was near the Leaky Cauldron. He was most likely fired at that point since he had never went in for a couple of days. Oh how Jess would kill him. The concern however eluded his mind, almost like it had just slipped right out his ear. He didn't want to think about work, he only focused on trying to get some water...maybe a cookie as well. He walked into the shop, stepping freely towards the front counter. It had recently just opened, so no one had been around. He couldn't say the same thing in the next 20 minutes however. He ordered a water bottle of some brand, the total coming to a small amount. He still had no idea how Euros worked with USDs.
After trading the money for his water, he grabbed the tip of the bottle and held it between his fingers as he walked back outside. He contemplated apparating home and talking with Chase...but he really didn't know what he wanted. Ever since the end of summer party, things were really tense between the both of them. So he sat down at a nearby table, uncapping the water bottle at the top. He toke a small drink of it, the cold water chilling his mouth. He shuddered for a moment and set the water back onto the table.
