Alone in the Compartment

Hogwarts express was passing through the hills. Odette had no idea how much time passed since the train left the platform. Her usual hobby while sitting alone in her compartment was staring at the ceiling or reading something; from school books to her ex,best friend's notes. It was a boy in her village that she saw only for her summer holidays. First couple of years they were still good friends, but the distance did its work.

Right now, Odette sat boredly in her compartment reading Standard book of spells for 5th grade. How depressing can it get!!?? she thought for herself wishing to start pacing though that wasn't a quite nice idea for the moving train. Instead she stared up at the ceiling without any particular intrest after which she would get back to memorizing all the spells in the book.

Finally she found herself a perfect car! She didn't see any students around so she opened the door, but raised her eyebrows when she saw a girl sitting there. She sighed quietly. She didn't want to go and look for another compartment. “Hey, I hope you don't mind if I join you?“ she asked with a slight smile, showing now her hufflepufflian part. They were always friendly, weren't they? She looked out of the window, finding herself charmed by the view. Atleast they had some big windows here.
